What if the feeder runs out of food?

The transparent hopper lets you see the food level easily, so you’ll know when it needs refilling.

Can it handle large kibbles for big dogs?

It works best with dry food sized 2–15mm(0.07-0.55inch). Oversized kibbles may not dispense smoothly.

Will it still work during a power outage?

The feeder supports dual power supply: plug-in adapter plus 3 D-size alkaline batteries (not included). Using both ensures feeding continues during power outages.

Why isn’t the feeder dispensing food?

Please check if the three-blade rotor is firmly locked into the base. If it’s loose or misaligned, the feeder may not release food properly.
