Best carrier & worth every penny!
I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this because my husband & I travel a lot, & I didn’t want something that was flimsy or uncomfortable for our yorkie. This carrier is very well made & I really appreciate the wheels are extremely simple to quickly remove & store in the overhead compartment on the plane. The only critique I have is the pad inside- which I wish was higher quality foam material (this is basically a cardboard with a very thin foam sheet) & is covered by a thin piece of fleece that is removable for easy washing. That said, it was probably executed this way to make it simple for anyone who has to be concerned with dealing with potential potty accidents for easy cleanup/replacement if needed. I plan to just add in a blanket to provide more of a cushion/comfort. I also really love the expandable features & various options to allow your pet some flexibility to be comfortable while we wait to board our flight. Our yorkie has plenty of room even when the carrier is not expanded. For reference, she is 7ish lbs & approximately 19 inches long & 9.5 inches tall. You could easily fit a 20lb dog in this with the same level of comfort. Definitely worth the extra money because of the quality/comfort & highly recommend!

Perfect for Penelope!
I bought this dog trolley for our 9 1/2mo long hair mini dachshund, Penelope. She weighs 11-12 lbs and is 21” from the tip of her nose to the base of her tail. She is a mini doxie but fairly long and fit just fine. She was able to turn around, stand, and lay down in the carrier.We flew on a Southwest Boeing 737 MAX 8.After doing research, I found that the dog carrier fit best under the seat closest to the window. This worked out to be true. It also fit under the middle seat but stuck out slightly. I had a bit more room for my feet sitting with her next to the window. I did not test it from the aisle seat.The wheels glide smoothly and easily in any 360° direction. I could push her in front of me, next to me at my side, or pull her behind me with great ease. It was very easy to remove the trolley wheels before I boarded. I stowed them in the overhead bin. The pull out handle goes up and down smoothly and stays in whatever position you put it in. This is very convenient when you’re busy handling other things at the same time. Other trolleys I looked at, did not have this feature.Attaching the trolley wheels to the carrier is not difficult because of the thick Velcro straps on the bottom of the carrier. BUT with the dog in the carrier, it is slightly awkward because you need to go by feel and not sight. Otherwise you’d have to tip the carrier with your pet on its side to see where the trolley and straps attach. Having my husband to hold the carrier up while I strapped on the trolley wheels, helped immensely.* Make sure the Velcro is attached securely or your dog and carrier might slip off the trolley while navigating through a busy airport.*One feature that set this trolley carrier apart were the little buckle/snaps on the zippers. Every access point has two zippers. Being able to snap the zippers together keeps my curious puppy from inadvertently letting herself out. Which she did once when I forgot to snap them close.The “pop up” top was very convenient for giving Penelope more room while waiting in lines and at the gate. Also the very top unzips to allow your dog to look out while traveling/waiting.The mesh pop out sides were perfect for Penelope to stretch out and move around when we got to our destination. She was only in the fully extended carrier at night as she’s still potty training.One review said the carrier didn’t fit on the trolley with the sides extended. That is true but the carrier is meant to be on the trolley only when it’s in its “compact” state, not with the sides popped out. You should only pop out the sides when the carrier is flat on the ground.The mesh pop out sides are very sturdy. They have heavy duty rods that hold them taut. It takes a couple times to get used to folding them back in correctly. If they’re not folded correctly, the plush panels that Velcro against them on the inside won’t adhere all the way. Once you figure it out, it’s not an issue at all.Penelope and I enjoyed using this trolley on our vacation. It was convenient and easy to use. I became confident traveling with her because I knew she was safe and comfortable.Now that I know how easy it is to travel with her using this carrier/trolley, I will definitely be taking Penelope with me again. Both dog and human are happy!I would recommend this trolley to anyone traveling with their small pet.

Easy navigating the carrier through the airport
The pet carrier is a little hard to attach to the wheels. The velcro doesn’t stay closed unless I really work on it. But the pet carrier is very nice….with lots of open screens for my dog to look out. I sat in Comfort Class through Delta, and the carrier was a bit hard to fit under the seat….even though it was the correct size. But my dog (11 pound poodle) was comfortable. I think she liked being wheeled around in the airport!

This is the BEST crate I’ve ever had. It makes traveling with my pup a breeze. Also for trips to the vet. And the fold out sides are AMAZING for crate training my puppy. It’s also been handy for longer layovers so my baby can stretch her legs. Fits perfectly under all airline seats that I’ve been on and the pocket is just big enough for her leash, travel bowl, papers, extra pee pads and treats. Being able to roll this along in busy airports is such a blessing! Especially when the gates are far away and you’re already carrying a lot . I did learn, however, that it’s better to push it in front of you than pull it, just like luggage with inline wheels. The removable wheel base is so handy. I just peel off the velcro bottom and put it in the overhead bin where it takes up very little space. Thank you so much for this!! Highly recommend! I’m definitely getting another one!

Best carrier with removable wheels
This airline approved carrier was purrfect for my cat when we flew on Delta airlines and it was a lifesaver for transporting my 16 pound cat through two airports! It’s also been awesome for taking him to the vet and when we home, he likes to sleep in it so I added a baby blanket to make it really soft for him. He loves it!

Size and comfort are perfect
This has been perfect for flying with my 17lb Dachshund. When we board the plane I always pop one side out under the seat infront of me so she has plenty of room to lay down however she wants and I’m still able to have room for my feet on either side of the carrier. The carrier itself is very sturdy, although you have to remove the wheels every time you have to send it through TSA otherwise it gets caught in the machine as the carrier is too big if the wheels are on it. There is plenty of ventilation as my pup wasn’t panting from overheating. Overall, my pup seemed very comfortable in the carrier throughout the entire trip!
