We’ve been using this automatic cat feeder with camera for over three months, including a 4-day trip within the U.S. and a two-week international trip to Asia, and it has been very reliable. Both scheduled and manual feedings work consistently, and an important plus is that once schedules are set, the feeder continues automatic feeding even without internet access. Manual feeding through the app is always available when connected. The wide-angle 3K camera and night vision reliably capture both cats at the same time during feeding, automatically recording clips on the timeline. The feeding mechanism is fast and efficient and has never jammed or mis-dispensed with different kibble sizes. The detachable stainless steel bowl is quiet, shows no scratching after use, and is large enough for two cats to eat side by side—only the sound of kibble being crunched is noticeable. The app remains usable during travel with minor lag, and the feeder automatically reconnects after power or internet outages. The camera lens has not required manual cleaning in indoor use. Limitations include the per-device subscription model, the use of “portions” instead of standard units (about 16 portions equals one cup for us), and timeline timestamps that don’t auto-adjust for timezone changes.

Have 3 cats and I’ve ordered multiple feeders for them in order to make sure they’re safe and sound while we go away on vacations. Mama cat is 12 and this is what I ordered for her. She loves it and doesn’t share well will her daughters . Works great and delivers food on time ! I’m very happy and she’s never starving waiting for food ! Highly recommend for good eaters !
