Works great
This is great for target training with my puppy. I don’t have to worry about him running into the end and getting poked in the eye because of the nice foam ball. And it’s a slightly bigger target than just the end of a pointer so it’s more obvious what I want him to touch.

Great product! Very convenient.
Works great. I have a 22-lb dog and this is a great target stick. I also have a longer one with a large “ball target”, but this one is great because it is easy to fit into a pocket or training pouch. Love that it is retractable, that’s the best part actually. It really helps having a target stick with small dogs because I can lure her into position (down, bow, spin, etc), with bending over and being in her face. She’s hyper so she has jumped up and crashed into my chin before and that wasn’t fun.

Great for kitties and play motivated dogs. Target ball is lightweight but probably won’t last long!
I’m actually studying to be a dog trainer and got this for my tool kit. However I have two senior kitties at home and I figured the target would be a fun way to work with them. They really took to it right away! Kitties are curious so the ball is an easy way to get them moving and jumping without solely using treats. Also great for non-food or play motivated pets. With kitties I’ve found it best to keep it put away until play time. That way they associate it with fun and keeps it interesting when they do see it. The ball target is lightweight but I could see it deteriorating quickly or even coming apart with use.

Well made training stick.
Nice durable target stick the perfect size. I bought this target stick to assist in training my service dogs. Its functionality is remarkable and its accuracy is as good as the handler using the stick. I looked at a lot of these prior to purchasing one and chose this one, which I’m glad I did. It’s well made and looks like it will hold up for years to come.

Helpful Touch Stick
I have trained my puppy to touch my palm and a wooden spoon. However I wanted something that offered more distance from me so I decided to try out this touch stick. The retractable wand gives you plenty of variety in lengths. I can hold it high up and have my pup reach up in the air. I can also put it near her rear flanks while I’m in front of her. This gets her to stretch her neck to her flank which is good for warm ups before active play. I look forward to discovering what other tricks I can teach her using the target stick.

Excellent for use with EMDR therapy
I’m a therapist trained in EMDR. This wand works well for use with clients in EMDR therapy sessions. It is lightweight and I like how adjustable the length is for us with either in person or online clients. Collapses down to a great size for storage when not in use. Recommend.
