Good quality, attractive, cost effective, as advertised=great deal
It was as advertised & feels sturdy & great quality. To be fair, ive had it for 1 week & have had several drinking fountains, from different brands, so we will see if it is more durable than others ive had. It will be a great test, because i have taken cake of all of them. Most break after a year, so im excited to see if this one luves up to the test of time. I will say, this one is much easier to clean & after 1 week (about to clean it) i don’t feel that notorious slime, like i have on OTHER brands. I REALLY like the light provided at the water level, super helpful. Its even pretty to look at, not so clunky, will fit in any room. For the cost, i think it was a great deal, even for what i KNOW now.

Cat and dog happy and hydrated!
I purchased the 7 liter with 6 filter replacements. I have a German shepherd and a cat, neither of them liked drinking water until I purchased this, I’ve had it for 3 weeks and just did my first filter change & wash. This is so easy to maintain, the light window tells you the water level, you just add water when the pump starts making noise which is at about 25%. Other than that it is very quiet and keeps the water nice and clean. Both pets enjoy drinking from it and my cat likes putting his paws in the fountain. Very satisfied with this purchase, this is super easy to clean as well.

Best purchase ever made for an animal. Easy to assemble, filters easy to change. No more scuzzy bowl! Dog has fresh water everyday! Well made, durable and sturdy. Window indicator to show water level is nice. 2 ways to dispense water, the hook fountain works best, without it water splashes and soaks the floor. Great purchase, pricey for a dog bowl, but very pleased!

Best fountain yet…could be perfect with a few small tweaks
I have tried at least (counts on both hands) 9 different fountains for my two dogs and three cats. I’ve tried larger ones, hoping they wouldn’t need refilling as often (they are too awkward to carry to the sink to clean), smaller ones hoping they wouldn’t be as difficult to carry (they get slimy and need constant cleaning and refilling).So far, this one is the best, although not perfect.The size is very good. All five of my furfamily are well hydrated, so this gets a lot of use. With this size I add about 1/2-3/4 of a large pitcher of water a day. Because of the design of the top, you can add water directly to the top of the fountain, you don’t have to remove the top, like I did with other fountains. That makes it much more convenient.I also very much appreciate the window that allows you to tell how much water is inside. There’s a small light on the pump that stays lit blue until it gets too low, then it turns red. Or I guess it does, I never let mine get that empty.It is easy to take apart and clean, which I do about once a week. The filters are easy to change and they aren’t super expensive, which is good. Stainless steel is the only way to go for a fountain, in my opinion, as it’s easy to keep clean and more hygienic than plastic.The fountain is extremely quiet. More than almost all the others I’ve tried. That is good, unless you enjoy the burbling of falling water, which drives me insane.Addressing the lifespan of the pump, which I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews: this is a tiny little pump that’s also used in very small aquariums. It should never be run empty or with less than constant water flow. They are not particularly robust and will burn out very quickly without water. They aren’t expensive to replace and I always keep at least one extra around for that purpose. It’s just a fact of life. Should they last more than a few months? Yes, but sadly, sometimes they don’t. This type of pump is in virtually every fountain I’ve tried. Some are top discharge, some are side, but they are all basically small aquarium pumps. I doubt there even exists an industrial-grade pump of this size.A few things that would make this much better:When it arrives, the tube that leads from the pump to the lid is too long. You would have to bend the tube to get the lid on, which would a) make the blue light shine in the wrong direction and b) kink the hose, inhibiting the water output. Neither of those are ideal, so you’ll need to measure and cut the tube to the correct length.Indents on each side of the water tub would make it much easier to carry the fountain. As it is, it is awkward to carry and if it’s full of water it’s easy to spill.Please, for the love of all that’s holy, someone come up with refillable or at least reusable filter housings. Every time I change a filter I can’t help but think how much I’ve contributed to the trash problem on the planet. The fact that every water fountain uses a different style and shape of filter that all do the exact same thing is absolutely ridiculous. It couldn’t be that hard to make them reusable. While this one doesn’t use any hard plastic (which some do), the filters are still wasteful and won’t biodegrade.Bottom line: This is the best I’ve had yet. I may get a second just so I can rotate them out or maybe so the furbs have more choice in where they get their water.

Excellent product. I have two large german shepherds. The first time I plugged this in they were like camels. They didn’t want to stop drinking. They love it. The only thing I don’t like about it, is it stops working when the water level is right above middle way up. Not half, not lower than the middle but right above the middle. Why??? Other than that, I love it.

RUST
I’m giving this 5 stars to be seen more! But I would say it would be a 3.5 in my book, it is really easy to clean, quiet, keeps the water fresh, and the level is seen to help (there’s a blue light to say it’s filled and red when needs more water) my one major knock on this product is that the original pump died on me no longer than 3 months in use. That’s ok when getting a pump fountain it will happen, got a replacement, then around 6months I noticed the top starting to RUST. RUST IS TOXIC TO PETS. This is with daily use. Monthly cleaning (if not the germs from the pet’s mouth will cause algae to grow). I’m not sure I can just replace the top of this fountain (probably not) but with it rusting at 6 months of use (bought back in Dec 2024, it is end of Oct 2025) it just isn’t a product that is worth long term. For the months I’ve had it I loved it but rust isn’t a joke and something I’m not willing to deal with being in the veterinary field and seeing many cases come to the ER from rust or algae.
