Seems to work
My dog lets me spray it on him and rub it in so that’s a plus. Doesn’t have a strong smell. I like that it’s a more natural way to help heal any scratches or wounds she has.

Definitely speeds up healing
The first time I used silver spray (the one without the chlorhexidine) for my dogs was as an antibacterial spray for tooth and gum health. It was very effective for my elderly dog who had bad teeth but could not tolerate the anesthetic needed to clean them because of her fragile health. It helped to prevent infections and also made her breath fresher. The next time I used it was on myself! I had a bad graze on my knee, and it thought it might help. It absolutely did help. That graze healed more quickly and more cleanly than any other graze I’ve had. Also, the spray does not sting at all.The combination of silver and chlorhexidine should be even more useful. My big dog has a sore spot that I was already cleaning with chlorhexidine wipes and treating with a different product. Since I started using the spray, it has started to scab over and heal. (I treated it with the other product for a week before starting the spray, and it was not healing, perhaps because the other product made him itch and sting even more.) Fortunately, this spray does not hurt him, which is a big issue as he is a 110-lb chicken who is easily scared. This spray seems to work better than other more expensive products I have bought from the vet.

Seems to Work Well
My dog is an absolute maniac and I am always terrified that he is going to hurt himself, because sometimes he does. Mostly it’s superficial and nothing is needed but a little kiss but every once in a while he manages to do something to himself that requires a little more. In those circumstances it’s nice to have this wound spray around! He recently hurt his paw somehow with a small cut and we used this spray on it. It has healed well and quickly and he was up an clumsily running again in no time. It’s such a nice item to keep around when you have doggos.

Great wound wash!
I love colloidal silver. It’s so effective against infections and helps to speed up recovery. One of the best prescription-only burn creams uses silver, so that should tell you something. That burn cream is great for cuts as well. I recently adopted a little black German Shepherd Dog and I’m trying to build up my canine first aid kit, so when I saw this I decided to jump.It arrived in a nice box, sealed in plastic, and intact.I haven’t had a wound to test this on until today, so once I get a few uses out of it I’ll try to remember to update this review. The pump is able to build some pressure so it did a good job of cleaning out the cut. With wound wash the pressure itself can be more important than the contents in terms of disinfecting, but this should do the trick.Overall I’m glad I picked this up. The bottle is small enough to live in a mobile first aid kit and addresses one of the biggest issues in first aid which is cleaning the wound. So far, I recommend!

Good to have on hand in case it’s needed
I am reviewing the LeAcademic Store Dog Wound Spray with silver.I got this so that I would have it already here in the event that my dog got hurt or got another one of the nasty yard sticker burrs that hurt and can go deep into paw pads.Early this year, my primary care physician recommended to me to use a silver cream, for myself, telling me that silver can facilitate faster healing. I was quite happy to find this in a solution appropriate for dogs. When & if opportunity arises, if I find it not effective, I’ll update this.

It works well
I like the smell of it , the value for money is there, the way it functions is great I spray it on my dogs wound and immediately it starts to heal up after 2 days. It’s not very thick at all, it is very easy to use, and it does have a calming effect to it it stops my dog from scratching.

Glad it worked for so many. Sadly it did not for my Baby.
My baby’s sores from his allergy licking have gotten even worse and larger in area since I got this and started using it:) The more I used it, the more he licked at it. We’re going to the vet on Wed. I bought this, hoping to avoid yet another round with the vet, the antibiotics, the prednisone, the creams that I have difficulty putting on him and that terrible bill. I love my baby. I hate him being so miserable, but sadly this was not my miracle cure.

Great formula, easy to apply
I can’t make any health claims about this product, since doing so violates the community guidelines. But I will tell you how I plan to use it.I will use this on acne, rashes, wounds, allergic reactions and as deodorant for skin folds and between my doggo’s toes if necessary. The formula seems to be made antibacterial and anti inflammatory purposes, so that’s how I will use it.The spray works great – the only issue being that my dog is a little wary of the spray. But at least I don’t have to apply it using an applicator.I love this product and I think it’s a versatile addition to my dog’s first aid kit. A must-have for any pet owner!
