Important tool to have with longhaired kitties
Have 2 Ragdolls and this is their favorite grooming tool. Use it on them pretty much daily. Gets loose hair and helps keep mats at bay. Doesn’t pull out excessive hair like some other type of grooming devices can. Have 2 of them now-one upstairs and one downstairs so I can comb whenever there is an opportunity to do so. Cheaper than a trip to the groomer and far less traumatic for all of us!

So, this comb works pretty well when the cat lets us use it. She doesn’t really like being combed or brushed so we do as much as we can before she decides to eat the comb. But, during that short time period it glides well through her coat and does remove dead hair. Decent product, just need a more willing cat.

I purchased this comb for my main coon kitten. We are still learning to be comfortable being combed. After I brunch him, his tail gets all fluffy and beautiful! This comb does a great job. It also picks up loose hair. He has not had any tangles or mats yet, I’m hoping to prevent that with this comb.

Great option for gentle detangling long-haired cats
Love this comb. It’s fantastic for detangling longer cat fur. My long haired cat hates been combed or brushed. Any device that actually works, he hates. This comb, he hates the least. Haha I know that may not sound like a ringing endorsement but it is! It actually does a great job at gently reducing the mats in his fur, without pulling too hard. I like the rubber handle too, makes it easy to handle. Highly recommend!

Good comb for mats.
Not much to say about the comb as it is functional and has a nice handle. Pet groomer said this was the best type of brush to get mats out of a pet.

Very solid. Worth a little extra $$$
My vet recommended this comb because my elderly cat had some mats and has not been able to effectively groom herself. It worked beautifully at working out the mats and she loved being combed! Purrs the whole time. I was using a flea comb before but it irritated her and the tines were too close together for the mats. This comb is solid and will last for years. Good purchase!
