I have two dogs — can they each have their own treat puzzle toys and play at the same time?

This product is designed for single-pet training.

When two units are close, remotes may trigger both devices.

For best results, use one set at a time or let pets take turns – one enjoys treat time while the other watches and learns!

My dog doesn’t understand how to press the button. What should I do?

Start with short, fun sessions. Guide your dog’s paw to the button, press together, and give a treat right after. Repeat daily — most pets learn within a few days!

My Labrador tried many toy feeders, they were knocked over easily. How can I keep it stable?

The rocket fins let it rest securely against a wall, or you can place it near a table edge so treats fall to the floor — dogs love chasing them! It’s stable and more fun that way.

It only holds about one cup of treats. Is it too small for large dogs?

The IQ Rocket is a treat puzzle toy, not a full meal feeder. It’s made for fun, training, and reward playtime — a few treats at a time keep dogs engaged and excited to earn their snacks!

Sometimes no treats come out, and other times too many. Is mine defective?

Treat flow can vary slightly depending on treat size and button timing.

This variation is part of the fun — pets learn patience and surprise rewards make playtime exciting!

Great for smart dogs who need extra mind exercises
My 2 year old Pitbull is super smart, so I bought this toy because it will allow me to make it more challenging by moving the button farther away. Here’s a video during his 2nd use. He picked up on it immediately. My only challenge is figuring out how to secure the base of the treat distributor so he can’t knock it over. I’m currently holding it because he hits it with his nose. I may just secure it on a wooden board. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, it’s great and my dog loves it!

    He loves it
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the only reason of not being able to have a portion control option. It spits out majority of the treats instead of 1-4 pieces. I ended up putting his dinner in the bowl and filled this three times. He enjoyed it but I wish for treats that it would have the option of just spitting out 1-3 pieces.

This is a very good product
This rocket-shaped feeder is of great quality and has a good sense of design. There is also a purple lamp, which may be the function of disinfecting food. It is very convenient to take food, which is a very good product.

    Works great!
It works as expected, relatively affordable and easy to use. It held about 1 cup of kibble which was about the right amount for a training session. I like that it has rechargeable batteries. I just bought two more to teach my puppy to take hand signals to three destinations. I added a small dish to contain the dispensed food. It is lightweight so I will need to figure out how to prevent Labrador pup from knocking it over.

Pup picked up on the process pretty quickly, then got too smart
So Onyx is a smartieboi (one of his MANY nicknames). He picked up on this really quickly. I put the button right next to the rocket and pushed the button. The food came right out. He ate it up and then tried to take the rocket away. I held on to it and pushed the button again. Then I lifted his paw and had him push the button for the food. The next time, I used his “Touch” command to nose the button. That was it. He got it from there on out. He’d use his paw sometimes, his nose other times, and his mouth to flip it upside down and make the ground push the button lol.And then he realized that when he stands by the button and presses it multiple times in a row, he gets a bigger payout. The little booger hacked the system. The button has a waterproof cover over the charging port and on/off switch (which is good, because he picked the button up in his mouth to move it closer to the rocket. Told ya he’s a booger). Under that cover there is a button that will change the sounds of the button press (we use the doorbell, but there are like 4 other sounds). The rocket itself has a turn/screw-off top. When you open it, there is a lock button that keeps the food ball in place. You unlock that, pull out the food ball (the eggy clear thing in one of my pictures), push the little door all the way open, and use the included scoop to add food. That was probably the biggest pain point for me, but it isn’t all that hard. You’ll then close the door most of the way and put it back in the rocket, and lock it back in place. The charging port is on the outside, and it has a very distinct red light that glows, telling you that it’s charging. When the machine is on and not plugged in, the light is blue. This is a super fun little toy. The only real hardship we’re having is that it is easy for Onyx to knock over or try to drag away. We’re working on a good way to prevent that, but for now, I just put it in front of me and hold on to it.This will hold a good variety of differently sized dry food, but we use small puppy kibble for it. That’s the same thing I use for his low-value treats during training, since we watch his calories and protein intake very closely. GSDs can get health issues if they don’t get the right nutrition or if they get too chonky while young. We’re loving this toy, and I’m really glad I found it! It seems to be really sturdy and well-made, and it works great.

    Our new favorite game!
Literally our new favorite toy- it’s so awesome!!!!Pros:- easy to set up every time, you just push the button inside the rocket and turn on the button- that’s it! No Bluetooth, no pairing no pain in the butt WiFi stuff- DURABLE! I say that with my heart. My 50lb Belgian Malinois puts her whole paw on the button to push it and both it and the suction cup hold up beautifully. The rocket itself has also been knocked over a few times and taken it well too- so easy to clean! Just take the little ball out and rinse it. Wipe down the interior, exterior and button and you’re set!- reliable! It always turn out kibble/treats, never jams, and if food does get in places it wasn’t meant to be, you can easily just remove it. It will keep dispensing food!- versatile! I can put the button up on the wall, on the floor, on a door, in another room, on the stove- it’s great practice for my working dog whose trained to target and press buttons! She gets practice with buttons of all height! Which isn’t as easy in the real world- works her brain and her body! She has to jump up and run back and forth for her food. By the end of meal time, she’s wore herself out! It’s awesome!- killer value for you money, you get the dispenser, button, button holder, suction cup, little scooper for the kibble and a charger for $50! With this things reliability and durability it’s a no brainer.- it hold up to a cup of kibble (small sized) so it’s perfectly sized for my medium dog. This one cup also lasted her like 20+ minutes- talk about a slow feeder!- battery life is great. I’ve charged it once in the past 2 weeks and haven’t had to since. We’ve used it 5x-6x in those 2 weeks.Cons- with it holding only 1 cup, it may be a bit small for bigger dogs eating more than a cup or dogs eating larger sized kibble
