My dog loves this toothpaste. I have tried others in the past and he would not tolerate brushing, with this however, he starts licking the tube and the toothbrush as soon as I start prepping to brush his teeth.

A Must Do!
Our senior dog went from needing a dental cleaning according to our vet to “having very good teeth for his age” and not needing a dental cleaning after several months of using this daily! This saved us so much money on a vet dental, not to mention the stress for us and our dog! We have used this on our younger dog since he was a puppy. He’s five now and has very little tooth discoloration. The vet is very impressed! I strongly recommend this as part of every dog’s daily routine.

After trying oral rinses and flavored toothpastes unsuccessfully – this product smells fresh and is palatable. He looks forward to morning brushing! Started out by letting him lick it and moved quickly to whole mouth care.

Possible bad batch.
I’ve been using this toothpaste for years. Dogs like it and it does a good job keeping their teeth clean. However, I had a concern with one of the tubes of paste out of the three. The past is always smooth like the tooth paste I use for my teeth. One of the tubes contained paste that was very thick and lumpy. I wrote to the company and they only offered a solution of putting the tube in warm water. I threw it out. The other tubes were in the same condition as they usually are.
