Perfect for My Great Pyrenees on the Farm!
I recently bought the Pawfit Dog Collar for my Great Pyrenees, and I have to say, it’s been a game changer! Living on a farm, my dog spends a lot of time patrolling the property, so I needed something that would keep track of him, especially since he’s often out of sight. The Pawfit collar has exceeded all of my expectations.Pros:-GPS Tracking: The real standout feature for me is the GPS tracking. I can always know where my dog is, even if he’s out in the back fields or wandering near the woods. The tracking is precise and updates regularly, which is a huge peace of mind for someone who has a large working dog on a farm.-Durable: The collar is built to withstand rough conditions. My Great Pyrenees is tough on gear, and this collar holds up to all the elements — rain, mud, and even scratches from brambles. It’s sturdy and comfortable for him, with no signs of wear after weeks of use.-Long Battery Life: Another big win is the battery life. I can go several days without needing to recharge, which is important when you’re out in the field. It’s really convenient for days when we’re working long hours, and I don’t have to worry about the collar dying on me unexpectedly.-Easy Setup and App Interface: The Pawfit app is easy to set up and navigate, and I can track my dog from my phone. It’s intuitive, and setting up geofencing zones (so I can get alerts if my dog leaves certain areas) was a breeze.Cons:-Size and Fit: While the collar works great for my large breed, it might not be as well-suited for smaller dogs. If you have a smaller dog, it might be a little bulky. However, for a big dog like my Great Pyrenees, it’s a perfect fit.-Price: The Pawfit collar is a bit on the pricier side, but for the features and reliability it offers, I believe it’s worth the investment, especially for someone with a working or farm dog.Final Thoughts:I’m so happy I purchased the Pawfit Dog Collar! It’s given me the confidence to let my Great Pyrenees roam freely without worrying about his whereabouts. Whether he’s guarding the livestock or enjoying a run through the fields, I can track him with ease and know he’s safe. Highly recommend it for anyone with a large or active dog, especially those living in rural or farm environments! [In the picture he also has an apple tag on because our kids love to track him on their iPads]

Fabulous for our cat
This has been a game changer! Very accurate and the alarm on it is awesome. If our cat starts to get close to the road, we hit the alarm and he comes running home. We used to have to get in the car and search for him. This is better than an electric fence to keep him safe.

A good device for the price.
I had some issues when I first purchased the tracker. It turned itself off randomly and wouldn’t connect to WiFi or gps at times. The customer service was great and sent a replacement and gave me extra free trial time because of the none usability. Now that I’ve been using it daily and understand the device better I love it. Once in a while there’s a quirk but for the most part works great. We live on 4 acres and the zones are pretty accurate when I look to find where she is. When she leaves the safety zone I use the recorded voice command and I can watch her race home on the find mode. It’s worked every time. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she can have her freedom but still stay safe.

An affordable and effective pet tracker
I’ve enjoyed using the Pawfit 3s for over a year and recently decided to try the Pawfit 3 for my new dog. Like its predecessor, the Pawfit 3 maintains the same design but seems to operate on a different network, which I found to enhance the network connection noticeably. The location accuracy is spot-on, matching that of the 3s.The Pawfit 3 does have a shorter battery life compared to the 3s, but even after a week of use, it still holds about 30% charge. This is quite manageable, especially considering that the device is $40 less expensive than the 3s.Considering the price difference and the improved network performance, the trade-off with battery life seems reasonable.Overall, the Pawfit 3 is an affordable and effective pet tracker. I highly recommend it.

No free trial without subscription
Wont connect to network, therefore the 4 features will not work. Apparently the 30day trial only works after you purchase a subscription. There lies the problem all GPS Trackers for pets. The free 30 trial was a big reason i was trying this tracker in the 1st place. I have already been greatly deceived by 3 other so called GPS Trackers with lack of actial functioning feature, NO HUMAN. CUSTOMER SERVICE, locked in subscription on a product that doesn’t function as advertised.

Pawfit GPS work as advertised. Good for my two dogs.
I used to have a whistle switch. Great unit until they were recently bought out by tractive. tractive sent me two free units as part of the buyout deal. The tractive units never worked properly from the get go. Ordered two units from Pawfit and they worked as advertised and I am happy with them.

Almost Amazing
I absolutely loved the PawFit at first and still love the whole idea of the PawFit. The battery life is pretty good and the size was a little big but not too bad for my 12lb Yorkiepoo. It’s durable and functioned great until it didn’t. It just stopped working one day, the customer service was great, we got it working again but then it stopped working again. When it was working the connectivity was great and it seemed pretty durable. It was so fun seeing how many steps my 10 yr old pup was getting and it helped me realize I should be walking him more. In turn this helped me get more steps in. I call this a win win!

Don’t waste your money
I wouldn’t buy this POS again if my dude’s life depended on it. The first order I got was a used and broken unit that someone else had returned, so I sent it back and got a new one sent by Amazon. Once I got the replacement it was fairly easy to setup, except it goes online and offline with a button that can easily be pushed so you never know when it’s going to switch offline and leave you not able to find your dog. Less than a year after getting the replacement it now just randomly switches on and off every 5-10 seconds and announces “hi welcome to Pawfit” every time which scares the devil out of my dog. Now we can’t get it to shut up so it’s about to go in the trash. I’m going to find a different product

J’adore mes pawfit. Bravo Pawfit!

I bought the Pawfit 2 to track my cat and have peace of mind when he’s out and about. For my needs it works perfectly.SIZE + I’ve got a large cat and the tracker doesn’t seem to impede him in any way. Apart from afew superficial scratches the device appears to hold up to him stalking through the hedges and brushes.TRACKING: + In terms of accuracy it’s good enough that I can navigate to the general area i.e. Within 20 meters, from then it’s relying on your cat sense and figure out where they are. The audio alarm can be triggered through the app, and helps when they are hidden in the bush.TRACKING: – There are times that the tracking is lost and that’ll be due to your cat crawling under cars or if there’s heavy cloud cover outside., so knowing the typical spots your cat visits will be handy. Other times the cat tracker will jump and be in the wrong place, but if you’re actively watching the tracker this is easy to figure out that it’s an error (very unlikely my cat teleported 200m).Battery:+ It suits my needs, I only switch it on when I let my cat go outside, otherwise it stays off or on charge. My cat goes out for up to 5 hours a day so I charge it overnight.Subscription: – You will require a subscription plan for this, I initially got a single month to determine how good the tracker was (from reading reviews of ALL trackers it’s dependant on the coverage in your area). In my option this is the best option for figuring out if it works in your area.App: + Very easy to use, additional heat map features helps you understand where your cat likes to hang out. You can record sounds to playback via the collar device, such as voice commands.Summary of my opinion, a good tracker for large/medium (4kg+) cats, tracking is good enough to get you in visual + audible range. Additional features such as trip recordings voice commands will give you additional mileage dependant on your pet…my cat doesn’t always listen to voice commands emitting from it’s neck 😉

Très bien pour les chiens qui n’ont pas de rappel comme le nôtre. Il nécessite un abonnement mais je préfère payer que de perdre mon chien, ou pire, qu’il se fasse renverser sur une route de campagne.
