Good way to manage your cats weight.
Works really good.Had the problem that 1 cat would eat everyone’s else’s food, now he eats his own food. They took a while to adjust but these things are amazing. Just download the app to edit the schedule, add each cat (I just name the machine by the cat name), set portion size, and you can also change what shows up on the LED. It is stable (make sure you look at the manual or YouTube to assemble) and sturdy. They do take D batteries as well if the power fails.

JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED!!
I have three fur babies. One is 16, now, and a visit to the vet revealed she has hyperthyroidism and early stage kidney disease, so we have to feed her special (and quite expensive) food. This is really the only solution to allow all of them to eat when they want to while making sure that the one gets the food she needs and the others don’t. They set up nicely (as long as I set each one up no more than 6 inches from the router). Once each was set up and moved to its rightful spot they work great!! I’m so thankful I found these!!!

Over all great feeder, but do NOT use the included collars
I got these before I went on an extended vacation so I didn’t have to worry about bothering others to come and feed my cats. Also I enjoy not being woken up an hour before my alarm because someone got a little over excited for breakfast. I enjoyed regular feeders for a while before one of my cats needed prescription food. In order to make sure everyone ate what they were supposed to, I needed RFID.The app is very easy to use and set up with the feeders. I do wish there was a setting to program each feeder dispense time at the same time rather than one by one. I can see why some cats have difficulty with the shape of the bowl, but all three of mine are ravenous hyenas that will happily smash their face against the open lid to push it back and access the back of the bowl.I do NOT recommend using the provided collars. They are not breakaway and I had difficulty opening them even with pain and weakness free hands. The issue is that the RFID tag comes pre-installed on those collars, making you HAVE to open them to be able to put them on another collar. So it would be nice if either they packed them separately or, more preferably, consider the safety of our cats and make their collars breakaway. They do include a ring to be able to put it on your preferred collar.My cats took to them immediately, but I’ve used RFID feeders before, so they were used to waiting for the lid to open. The lid can be VERY slow, even on the fastest setting. A speed up would be nice.All in all I’m quite happy.

Very successful so far!
We’ve had these feeders up and running for a while. They have worked flawlessly so far. However, two cats managed to remove their collars and lose them (Operator error. I left the collars too loose). The third somehow lost the rfid tag from his collar. We did purchase 3 replacement collars. Now everyone is getting their own proper portions of their own specific food. I’ve read other reviews and here are the things I found:I found the setup to be easy and not overly complicated.The app is fairly intuitive and all 3 feeders are tracked and monitored appropriately.I had a little difficulty when I had to reassign replacement rfid tags but did manage to figure it out without too much trouble.The portion sizes seem arbitrary. I just selected the number that gave me the closest amount to the portions I normally feed them.The feeder lets you know, via the app, when it needs more food or if there is an error such as a blockage.My cats all eat very small kibble and there have been no issues with food dispensing.The feeder is set to make meal announcements twice before feeding. However, the moment my cats hear it they are waiting at the bowl.We had 2 older style Petlibro feeders that simply dispensed food into a bowl on a schedule but whoever got to the bowl first ate all the food. We’ve had great success with these feeders and they have had no issues.

Life saver!
These feeders have been a real life saver! We have one kitty that isn’t able to self regulate her food intake and three other nibblers. This solved everything. Two kitties learned how to use right away and the other two it took a little time but after a few days, no more chaos and food stealing at meal times. Their names are displayed across the top and they all love their little feeder. The app is great for checking how much/often they’re eating and amounts and times can easily be adjusted. My mom has them for her kitties now too. Great product.

Fine machine with collar issues.
I have two of these feeders, and for the most part, they work as advertised. The little locking tongue on the lid has broken off, but it’s not a big deal since it still works, and my cats don’t usually try to force the lid open.That’s not why I am leaving this review. I take issue with the collars. I’ve had two versions, and both have had faults that make me wonder whether they even tested them on a cat. The old design had the RFID tag attached to the latching mechanism so that if the collar opened as designed, the RFID tag would fall off. Quick fix: attach the RFID tag to the adjustment buckle. Not a big deal, I’d moved on. In comes the second design. They’ve fixed the old design issue by adding a fixed loop to the locking mechanism. The problem is that the plastic loop is so weak that it will break off, or, and this is more frustrating, the metal ring is made of such soft and weak metal that the cats pulled it apart, and the RFID tag is lost. Having the metal ring so weak that the cats can deform and pull it off was not a failure mode I would have expected.These are $12 collars, and I am setting my expectations accordingly, but they should be better, well-thought-out, and tested.

My energetic 2 year old cat got into a situation where his original Petlibro tag came off. I was not able to locate it and ordered this replacement. ( A collar being too loose or too tight for a particular cat is not the manufacturer’s fault, as cats vary in what predicaments they might find themselves.) I am glad mine came off as it was designed to; I was just unable to find it in a reasonable amount of time.The replacement arrived within 2 days and works as intended. Happy cat, happy cat parent.

No problem with paring the tag with my machine. I just needed to change the loop for the collar to something that won’t fall or come off easily; especially if pet rolls around a lot.
