The stainless bowl is super sturdy and so easy to clean. My dog used to inhale her food, but the slow feeder insert actually makes her slow down without frustrating her. I also love the extras. The lick mat suctions right to my floor or counter and keeps her busy for a good while.It’s honestly a great value. I got the bowl I needed plus the bonus mat and lid for the same price as other single slow feeder bowls. Plus it has a non-slip bottom to hold it in place. Definitely worth the purchase!

Durable, easy to clean, and it actually makes my dog slow down.
We love this new slow feeder stainless steel pet bowl. It’s high quality , the color matches my decor and our pup is definitely eating at a more controlled pace. I like that it has a lid too – which can be used in various situations, either to keep the food fresher or transport situations. Also fits perfectly in the raised feeder stand. Highly recommend.

A somewhat expensive but good multi-function bowl
The product I’m reviewing is the Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Dog Bowl with Premium Accessories – Slow Feeder Insert & Multi-Use Lick Mat Lid | Non-Slip, Durable | Reduce Gulping & Add Enrichment | 64 oz | Medium to XL Dog (Steel Gray)I have a medium sized dog and he gets a bit excited eating so a slow feeder is a great tool to ensure he eats slower and without causing himself problems. This bowl accomplishes that very well with a removable and easily washable interior divider that sticks onto the bottom via the suction cups. The bowl is also sufficiently large to support his serving size without the chance of spilling out like my previous bowl.The bowl is well made but not too heavy as it appears to be largely hollow inside. The material and base ensure that it doesn’t sound too loud or obnoxious while washing and setting it down. It also comes with a top which can seal the bowl and double as a licking pad, sticking to the (clean) floor surface so it doesn’t move around too much while in use.Being water tight this could also be used for wet food or water. I used to have two bowls to support the larger wet food cans which were also a bit messy inside the slow feeder so this is a great combination tool. The function is great, build and design are nice too though I think it is a bit expensive for the price.If this suits your needs and you can make full use of the four functions; large bowl, slow feeder, licking pad and a sealable container then I could recommend this bowl.

Cleverly designed with multiple purposes and conveniences in mind!
Great design! My smallest dog sometimes eats too fast and gets sick afterwards. I put this near her other bowl, which is also a slow feeder, but she chose this one. It slowed her down quite a bit, and contained the kibble! A lot of slow feeders are shallow and tend to create a mess while dogs try to ‘extract’ the kibble. This bowl is deep enough, but not too deep to where my little 16 pounder could reach the bottom, no problem. I like the dual purpose of the lid too – which has a lick mat on one side and suction cups on the other, so it doesn’t just slide across the room when it’s being used.

This product is a winner!
My granddaughter visited bringing her boxer mix pup with her, who devours his food and ofter throws it back up. I have never had an issue with a dog that gorges on his food because I teach free reign as pups so this was new to me. After researching several, I liked the fact that it is stainless and could be closed or the lid could be used as a stabilizer for the bowl. It stuck to the tile and didn’t move no matter how hard he pushed trying to get every morsel. The pinwheel like divider is silicone and gives making the little guy struggle until the 3rd day he was walking away without finishing. By day 5 he was in no hurry and walked away several times between bites. He was young (a year and a half) so that may help but I was impressed.The clean up was easy and although it said it was dishwasher safe it was just as easy to wash it up between feeding. On the ride home they were able to close it up so they could open at their discretion. He never offered to bother it during the trip home. I would say this product is a true win for me.
