Works great but no water level window
It looks and works just as it is described. It has a fountain, is very quiet and looks easy to clean. However, if I had noticed there was no window to see the water level I would have paid a little more for a different one.

Fresh water
This was a great investment for my golden retriever fur baby, the fountain is a good value for your money. He has fresh water without it sitting and getting stale. I recommend it for your fur baby having fresh water. It’s great quality.

Easy to clean and very functional
Nice water bowl. My Dobe and 3 cats share this one. I love the running water. It works really well and is very quiet. I should get another one for the other side of my house.

My dog acts like he’s scared
We purchased this for our Dog and he won’t go near it. We’ve had it for a week. I followed all the instructions to a T, including soaking the filter for 10 minutes prior to putting the water fountain together. No interest in it at all. I’ve even tried using treats to lure him to the water. I purchased it because I was concerned that he wasn’t drinking enough water and thought that this would help to encourage him to drink more water but it has not. I’m sure it’s a great water fountain. I don’t have any other issues with it. I guess it’s not for all dogs.

Worth the money.
Love this fountain! It’s been about 2 months since it came , it’s great quality and very quiet all you hear is the soft sound of babbling water and the pups always have clean water . I have large dogs so I clean and refill it about every 3 days.

Nice size!
I like the size of this fountain (I’ve purchased several over the years). I have two corgis and a cat so I needed something bigger. It looks nice and functions well but I don’t love how the top portion fits into the bottom. It doesn’t snap into place it just sort of sits and sometimes floats a bit. I kind of wish the pump assembly had suction cups on the bottom to secure it in place like many others do. Other than that I haven’t had an issues and overall it’s a nice large fountain.

12/20/2025 Perfect price. So far hasn’t ran long enough to experience the easy to clean. Set up yesterday and pump stopped working sometime today but after an anxiety attack back to working
