High Quality Product – Very Satisified
Extemely pleased with the Tenrai Cat Playpen, Trapezoidal Design. I needed the playpen urgently and it arrived overnight. It was seamless to set set up and our cat immediately took to it. I am very pleased with how roomy it is – it allows room for the cat to move around and she loves to nap in it (which is a great review in itself). It’s well made, sturdy in design and easy to use zip closures. We’ve had it for several months now and have had no issues with it. It will be a great product to travel with our cat. I will note that if you plan to travel with it, you will need to take the cat out prior to picking the playpen up to move it because the floor is not a solid surface.

Strong build and easy to clean
This has been a wonderful purchase for our kitten. We needed time to introduce our adult cat & 2 dogs to her. Gives peace of mind that she is safe while we sleep or not at home. The large tent has plenty of room for a bed and feeding tray. We use the small tent side for her litter box. Lots of zipper openings to clean easily. Both tents are strong & bounce right back if the kitten jumps on top of them. These cat tents have been the best, & were so nice to have after the kitten was spayed at 6mo. and needed rest & time to heal. I highly recommend.

Well made, perfect for small dog or cat
Pretty well made. It’s got 2 room/areas. A smaller compartment to put a litter box. Nice and contained. I leave it out all the time for the cat to go in and out of, but it folds up and stores pretty* flat.

Great Playpen but Difficult to Collapse
I ordered this cat playpen for our 7 month old kitten that had surgery for a dislocated hip to try and keep him contained. The big plus was the separate area for the litter box. The playpen worked great for him. The netting is tough and he couldn’t jump on the sides and collapse it like he could another type playpen that we have. The litter box area was easy to use and clean when needed.I am deducting one star because of the difficulty of collapsing the playpen when we were finished using it. The instructions that I found were not really clear and the pen doesn’t collapse down as flat as what the pictures show which will make storage harder.

Perfect product for recovery after spay/neuter
We used this for our kitten as she recovered from her spay. While she is VERY active and playful, this was the perfect little place for her to recover safely, as it gave her things to look at and prevented any play that would be damaging to her incision while giving her enough room to stand and walk around a little. I was thinking she might scratch through the mesh, and was worried at this price point ($50 as of writing) that she may do that – but no! We ended up using this product for about a week and a half during her recovery, and it’s in the same condition we received it in. Definitely keeping this product. Others have stated collapsing the product is difficult – the video in the listing made this process clearer and I was able to get it put away in a few minutes. We also really loved that there’s a separate section for a litter box. Great price, great product. Would recommend!

Outstanding PLAYPEN !!
This playpen has been the best buy I’ve made for my two month old kitten. I was able to install her cat cave in the large part and her food / water / litter box in the smaller part. It kept her safe and warm during the night and when she woke up early she had enough room to play until I let her out. As she got bigger she liked to climb up on top of the big part and take naps. Now I have a larger dog kennel for her to give her more room but she loves to play in the playpen with nothing inside except for her mobile toys. This product is safe, strong and can be used for traveling or a great way to introduce your kitten to spend some time outside. I highly recommend this for your little one !

Purrfect!
I purchased this for an 8 week old kitten. This tent worked very well! It was perfect and much larger than I anticipated. Held her bed, food bowls and toys. A big plus was the small tent extension which held a small litter box. I was concerned I would not be able to use it long, but it got us through the first 2 months without any problem. Assembles in seconds. My only issue was learning how to put the thing away for storage–I had to watch several Youtube videos on slow-motion to figure it out. I finally realized I had to first bend the large frame in half and then it will naturally coil around into a neat little package. It stores away small and compact which is great if you have limited space. I’m now planning to use it as an outdoor catio so my cats can safely be outside when I’m hanging on the patio. Love it.

Nice, Until it Comes Time to Store
It was great to keep a new kitten separate from resident cats – super easy to set up, roomy enough for food bowls and bed to be in a different area from litter box, easy to keep clean, you name it. Then, it came time to break it down for storage. There are absolutely no instructions, so you have to google a video and hope someone put one up. The zippers that attach the top were next to impossible to remove, and by the time we were able to get the thing collapsed enough to start folding it, a support wire snapped, making it useless, so it went into the trash. Frustrating, because it cost $50, and we’d hoped to be able to keep it in case one of our cats needed to be kept separate from the others in the future. Lesson learned, I suppose – if the manufacturer would have included decent directions, this thing would have been perfect!

My cat broke a bone in her paw and needed a splint with cast (and a cone). I thought I’d try and let her roam freely around my condo since she was already miserable enough. But she wouldn’t stop jumping onto high surfaces, and I was worried she was going to further hurt herself. I bought this playpen over others because it has the separate attachment for the litter box. It’s worked great so far. My cat has calmed down a lot and will actually rest now. The playpen was easy to set up (it literally unfolded itself) and the zippers are conveniently placed for giving her new food, water, and litter. I’m confident I can fold it up for storage once I no longer need it anymore.

My cat broke his leg and needs to avoid jumping while his leg heals. It’s been 3 months already and this ‘cubby house/tent’ has been his new home and he loooves it! It’s very durable and easy to clean and move around. We ended up buying 1 more and my other cat and dog both love it too! Both my cats are able to sleep in 1 cubby house at night with the kitty litter box inside. It’s absolutely purrfect!
