Does the dog trainer apply to all dogs?
We recommend to use the device as a tool in the discipline training of your puppy.
So for the best result, please use the trainer for an individual dog each time. And the dog should be with normal hearing, aging from 6 months to 8 years old. The trainer is NOT recommended for large(>50lb/23kg) and aggressive dogs.
What if the device is fine but it doesn’t work for my puppy?
The trainer is the most effective tool till now if your dog takes it. This device provides an alternative option in your long dog training process, it is not the ultimate or one-off solution. The ultrasonic is not capable enough to catch all dog’s attention as each dog has its own “personality” and different sensitivity to ultrasonic. In our lab tests, for dogs with normal hearing, there are 3% dogs have no response or just ignore it.

What if I can hear the noise from the trainer, and it makes me very upset?
Congratulations! You are endowed with high hearing sensitivity.
The common recognition of human’s audible acoustic range is 20Hz-20kHz. Common people cannot hear the sound with frequency over 20kHz, but there are a minority group of people with high hearing sensitivity can hear it.
Please feel free to return the device in this case as your experience is the top priority.

Great tool to assist in training your dog.
As an owner of a very “vocal” dog, I was looking for a training device that was multifunctional, affordable and humane. The Saijzek trainer functions at a level where the sound captures the dogs attention, breaking their current focus of unwanted behavior while not harming the dog or driving a wedge between the trust developed between pet and owner. Even though I have only used the device for a few weeks, it is already yeilding results not only because of the device function but because of consistency and rule making habits that develop between pet and owner. I’d recommend this device not only for problem dogs, but for any training in general.

This seems to work to help with dog barking. They do respond well.

It certainly gets my dog’s attention which he has selective hearing. If he’s going after something he shouldn’t like the cat or the litter box, I’ll press the button and he comes right back. The only problem is you have to have it handy and do it in the middle of an action or it’s pointless.
