HUGE!
These are very huge pads. It is also soft enough to layer over towels/blanket in the crate. I have a fabric crate which has a waterproof bottom, but it is still fabric so I don’t like accidental pee to steep into it. I put a blanket on the bottom for added softness, then put this over the blanket. My pup doesn’t seem to mind it since it feels soft when the bottom is soft. I think I’m going to buy an orthopedic pad and wrap in this pee pad for my senior dog (he is 17 lbs). I started crating him since I no longer want him to jump to/from the couch. I think it will be also very useful to put in the car for a road trip -it will cover the whole area where he sits.It looks like he peed in two spots while I was gone. The bottom was a little dump, but it sure helped to capture most of the liquid. When I have to layer several little pads, it tends to leak more to the bottom from the overlapped sides. This helps.

HUGE and highly absorbent…
Honestly, I have never dealt with dogs and pee pads before – all of our dogs were housebroken fairly quickly and it just never became an issue.Until we got a Pug puppy.In fairness, the breeder pad-trained all of the puppies as a courtesy to the new owners. Trouble is, we’re having issues getting the puppy broken from the pee-pads and getting her to understand that the great outdoors is her new-and-improved potty.We have tried a bunch of different pads prior to now, and the biggest issue we have faced is their size – smaller pads are more inclined to either not absorb well enough, quickly enough, causing runoff (ick), or they get missed entirely due to their small size.These pads are LARGE. Like, really large. They absorb very quickly and tend to not get missed. They also will take several incidences of pee, so they end up being far more cost-effective than smaller pads.Overall, we will absolutely be staying stocked with these pads while we’re getting this whole potty-in-the-great-outdoors training sorted out. 100% worth the cost for the coverage and absorption!

Largest pee pad I’ve ever seen.
Do you have a giant dog? Do they leave giant messes? Get these. I didn’t read the whole description when I ordered these and then reallized they were more expensive than the ones I normally get. Well. That’s because theyre HUGE. At $1 a pad, which is about twice what I normally pay, I don’t know if they’re a value but they probably hold a gallon of liquid. The dog is the photos is 55 pounds and two of her could fit on the pad. If you normally put down two pads, just use one of these.

Xtra Large!
This exceeded my expectations! These pads are super large. They are large enough for my german sepherd to completely stretch out on. These pads would be appropriate for multiple pets to use. A couple of them can cover a couch and you can use them also in your car and trunk. They are very absorbent, and I haven’t had any leaks. My dog is fully potty trained but when she drinks water, it gets everywhere, and I like to use them underneath the water bowl. The pack comes with forty pads which should last quite a while. The construction is thick and nothing feels flimsy about the pads. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product for value, quality, and price!

HUGE and wonderfully absorbent.
I’m using these for a cat, not a dog. She had a stroke about a month ago and is recovering, but her litter box habits have been somewhat sporadic. I’ve got one of these outside the litter box, such as it is (we’re using a giant plastic box lid right now), and another one on her bedding for the occasional accident. We’ve put her bed (heating pad with furry sheepskin on top) underneath the vanity portion of our bathroom cabinets, and cutting one of these in half fits there nicely. So these have saved me from a whole lot of washing and have helped keep things a lot cleaner. I’m impressed with how much they absorb— way more than their thickness made me expect. I see no reason they couldn’t be used for furniture protectors for humans with accident problems, either. I’m pleased, and I’d buy this brand and size again.

A good size that works well
I have an older Doxie who has less bladder control as she has aged so I use puppy pads and decided to try these. I’ve used smaller puppy pads and found that you need to put down several to make sure an area is covered so I was a little surprised when the small package arrived, but once unpacked these are a very large size so only one is needed. They appear thin but effectively work to catch any accidents. I’ve been able to put one over the couch, over the end of the bed, and in a large section she can go to when she can’t get outside quick enough. They are even large enough for me to cut in two to make a pad for a smaller area. I am more than pleased that they solved a number of problems for my aging doggie.

Large, absorbent, pricy.
These pads are very large, absorbent, and do cover an area of about twice the size of the big box 100 pack version. The question is size vs price. 17-20 cents/small pad vs $1- $1.40/large pad. That doesn’t number out from a value perspective.Functionally they are great.My problem is not the pad, but the elderly dog who when he puts his front paws on the edge of the pad, thinks he is on target, empties his bladder, but the anatomy doesn’t work and the urine seeps under the pad. This makes clean up almost as messy as without a pad. Doesn’t matter how many pads or size I put down. Again not the pad’s fault. Do you think if there was a target painted in the center it would work better? Doubt I could get the dog to understand.I just wish the younger dog who seems to understand could teach the elder a new trick.I tried putting one pad face down and one face up on top of the other to cover both sides. It works mostly but I can’t get buy in from the other adult in the house.RECOMMENDATION: Yes with above caveats.

Work very well.
I have a large dog and these work great for him. I put some down in my basement for when I’ll be gone for 10 or more hours. Just in case he needs to use them. The pads are absorbent and retain the liquid well. I would buy these again.
