decent price, mild machine malfunction, wonderful customer service
Edited—Customer service took the time to contact me. I took a while to respond, but they were consistent on ensuring I am satisfied with the product. After trying some troubleshooting, they offered to replace the item with another model or refund. I choose refund to meet my cats needs. Customer service assured me they took my review into consideration and will try to fix the malfunctions for future feeders.Overall, I appreciate the time and effort they took to meets my needs. Very satisfied with their customer service.Original post —nice, does the job. the camera keeps moving every time the feeder goes off.I have to readjust the camera manually to match the controls on the app. Machine malfunction that I can get over for the overall use & price.long lasting battery. easy to use app & i like the camera. for the price i paid, overall worth it. it’s a good size for my two cats; fits in the corner, gives them enough room to eat together, and i refill every ~3 weeks, depending on how much extra snacks i give them.best pro:i like the automatic feeder even if unplugged with batteries. it’ll keep the feeding time consistent. no worries if the power goes out. i keep the batteries in just in case.

A Lifesaver for Feeding Two Cats
This feeder has made my life so much easier. I have two cats who never agree on anything, especially food, and this setup has finally brought some peace to mealtimes. The portions come out evenly, and I can check in on them whenever I want. The video quality is surprisingly clear, even at night, so I can see exactly what they’re up to.I really like being able to talk to them while I’m away, and the audio works both ways, which is a nice touch. The storage capacity lasts a long time, and the whole thing has been reliable from day one. I also appreciate having the option to save little clips, because I’ve caught some hilarious moments. Overall, it’s sturdy, dependable, and has made daily feeding so much simpler. I’m very happy with it.

Great auto-record feature
So far it’s working really well. I have been paranoid about skipped meals as almost every unit I’ve looked at has people mentioning random skipped meals. This unit can auto-record mealtimes so I can check back to see footage of them eating if I’m away and unable to watch the live feed at mealtimes. My cats were also able to knock over units with side-set bowls but can’t knock this over due to the bowls being set in the front.

Difficult to connect
I had another version of the automatic feeder, and I updated for this new one with camera. Don’t get me wrong, It was a little difficult to connect the app… customer service is really bad! Several times tried to chat and call with no success… It took me 24 hours to figure it out that first you need the batteries in first, then I figured it out that my Internet it wasn’t enough to pair with my iPad the feeder… so I used my phone as a hotspot to finally connect them. Food capacity is decent, I really like how it disassembles in little pieces for an easier cleaning, I will update my review to see how it works in 3 months, but I trust the brand!

Very good so far
I got two of these for my cats. I have been using it for about two weeks without any issues. My cats are a little skeptical but they are getting used to it. Programming was a little bit challenging but now I know how to do it. The dispensed amount for each portion has been more than what the packaging says but it works out for my cats (I weighed using a food scale). My cats are on a diet and it pretty much gives them what they need for two feedings a day. It holds a lot But I’m a little concerned that the food might not hold its freshness so I’ll probably get some more of the desiccant packets. I also used my own food dishes which fit well and easier to take out and clean compared to the paper liner and thin plastic cover that are included. Overall, I recommend this feeder.

Happy Customer
I am very happy with this purchase. I only use it for one cat, but read many reviews on the automatic feeder quitting on customers while they were away. So I considered the second tray as a backup in the event of a failure. So far, so good. You can even watch your kitty through the camera and record messages (I haven’t tried that yet) for them to listen to. I usually just talk to her through it. Only hiccup is that it doesn’t always tell me when the cat is approaching the feeder and it can’t distinguish between a person and a cat.
