Pets are happy!
I bought the 10L Wireless Water Fountain for my cats and it works great. The stainless steel bowl feels sturdy and the quiet flowing water keeps my pets interested. The battery makes it easy to place anywhere without cords and the sensor starts the flow when a pet comes near. It holds plenty of water for multiple pets so I do not refill it every day. Works great but dogs refuse to use it
This fountain wors really well and has multiple options for running constantly (if left plugged in) or different variations for running when the pet approaches or on a timer, and holds a charge for a couple weeks. The stainless steel bowl is very shallow but stays cleaner by holding less water at a time.Unfortunately, despite it being a very nice fountain, my dogs refuse to use it. One is terrified of it and the other two prefer their usual bowls. Might be better for younger dogs or dogs already used to drinking from fountains. I would definitely buy it again if my dogs would have used it.

Great fountain, terrible seller communication
My experience with this pet water fountain has been amazing. I like how easy it is to clean, how deep the metal top is so my two cats can drink more water, and how quiet it is. I love the motion sensor mode too, so it saves water and I don’t have to change filters as often.I didn’t notice the crack in the plastic container until after I set it up the day after it arrived, and water leaked all over my floor. I’m not sure if it was the seller’s packaging or Amazon’s shipping that caused it.My only concern is that I don’t really like how the bottom is plastic, but it seems high quality enough, so it’s not a big deal. I’m also bothered about how hard it is to take the white stickers off of the non-slip adhesive pads – they seem very cheaply made to be honest, but also not a big deal as long as you get them on and they don’t come off easily. My main complaint is with the seller’s communication. They take forever to respond, and when they finally did get back to me about the leak, they were vague and kind of dismissive. I asked about a warranty, and they basically dodged the question. I ended up just contacting Amazon directly and got a free replacement through them instead.I love this fountain enough that I’ll keep buying replacement filters for it, but honestly the seller’s communication is pretty bad. Since other buyers might have the same questions I did, here’s what I managed to get out of them:Q: “Where does the blue filter go?”A: The blue filter sits on top of the white filter in the filtration system.Q: “Why doesn’t it come with a blue filter?”A: The main package doesn’t include the blue filter when you buy the fountain. You have to order it separately when you buy the replacement filter packs.Q: “Is there a warranty?”A: No warranty. The seller, who is not based in the US, said that handling international repairs would be too complicated. They said they can give refunds if you contact them, or you can go through Amazon for replacements and returns. Honestly, I’d just skip the seller and go straight to Amazon since their communication is so slow.If I run into more problems with this product, I might not buy from this seller again and would look for something similar from a company that actually communicates. But the fountain itself is really good.EDIT (1/13/2026): My review went from 3 to 2 stars because the battery doesn’t even last long. Ironically, this only goes on fully charged for 2-3 days before going dead and I have to charge it again. I’m disappointed, but I’m glad I got a refund on it by Amazon. I’ll continue to just use this because at least the size makes up for its low quality. In the future, after I’m done with this fountain, I won’t be buying from here again.

Stopped working within days, dogs left without any access to water
It only worked for a few days before water stopped flowing out of it. I have three dogs and am at work during the day and canโt be worried that my dogs will not have access to water. Piece of junk. I donโt recommend. Will be sending back and requesting a refund.

Great pet water fountain
Came pretty much already fully assembled and easy to function. Water capacity is really large but I still tend to change the water every 2-3 days just to keep it fresh. Sound isnโt loud so doesnโt scare my scaredy cat dog.
