Reliable and customizable feed times! I love it
I have a multi-cat household and bought 4 of these. For all of the functions you cannot beat the price. You can set multiple meal drops throughout the day and choose your portions. The measurements for the portion sizes are in the instructions. I choose to do very small portions a few times a day to give my cats a snack in between their wet food meals. I can also program in more feedings with larger portions if we are traveling or away from home. It comes with a lid that seals well, has a desiccant inside the lid to absorb moisture, a slot for 3 D batteries incase your power goes out, and a cool function where you can record a meal call that plays at each kibble drop. It seems well made and I like the look of it. You could probably pack it up easily for travel as well. I do have one thief of a cat who helps himself to everyone else’s food, so these feeders allowed me to program the timing to where his drops a minute earlier than everyone else’s and he is distracted with his food by the time the others’ drops! I wish the bowl part was a little shallower to prevent whisker fatigue but it is removable so you can easily replace that part if you choose! I probably will for mine. I appreciate that you don’t have to download a stupid app to use this feeder as well.Tips for setup: Put the batteries (if you choose to use them) and the USB plug into the unit before adding food since it’s on the bottom of the unit! When ready, hold down the lock button to unlock the screen, hold down the + button to switch it over to 12hr clock format, then use plus and minus to set up your times, portions, etc. Once complete, you will want to unlock the screen and press the ‘Feed’ button a few times to allow the wheel to spin the kibble out during setup. Hopefully this helps someone but the instructions are all in the box too!This is a great and reliable feeder with lots of options at a steal of a price when compared to similar options on the market. Will update my review if it craps out or anything 🙂

Very pleased with feeder
The feeder works great and is relatively easy to program. Directions are a little confusing but the programming is simple without instruction. A power brick is needed to plug in as the cord is usb. Not advertised for outdoor below 40 degrees but has worked well outside for me in 30 degree weather. Love the voice recording to alert feeding time. It can also be turned off.

Great, fairly priced automatic feeder
This feeder works very well, especially considering how much cheaper it is than some of the other options out there. Some people mentioned having trouble programming it, but I felt it was pretty straightforward, and there are lots of helpful videos online if you get stuck. Another complaint I read a lot was that the portion size was always the same no matter his you set it. This is simply a misunderstanding of how it works I think. Each “portion” size is one rotation of the scoop, so it’s equivalent to the amount that pours out if you hit the manual feed button. If you set it for 3 portions, it will rotate 3 times and dispense the amount of a manual feed 3 times. So yes, you are stuck with how much comes out in one portion, but you can go up 8 times from there. I have not found a way to get the manual feed to produce more than one portion though. Perhaps that is what people are disappointed about. Either way I’m very pleased with this product. It is easy to take apart and clean, it’s quiet, has a good sized resivor for the food, and I like that it has wired power as well as battery backup. I would definitely recommend this feeder if you’re looking for a decent, fairly priced option.

A few things missing from owner manual but great anyway
This feeder works very well. It’s just that you need to unlock the hopper from underneath otherwise it will not dispense food. The portions are pretty small but perfect for our elderly cat. And unfortunately the user guide does not mention this. Also there is no easy way to have the app schedule follow daylight savings time, so in the fall, we’re feeding an hour early. Oh well.

Really good
My cat has been using this auto feeder fora few months now and I can say the machine is still performing extremely well. My cat hasn’t been able to open the top yet or stick her hands into the bottom of it to sneak a snack. The device is super easy to use and I love that you can use backup batteries in case the power goes out, or in my case my cat likes to unplug things from the wall which includes this, my phone chargers, and my router. It’s super sturdy, holds a ton of food, and it’s always on time.

Easy to use and works well
Our cat was having some health issues and needed to eat on a regular basis without overeating so we ordered this automatic feeder. It has worked great for that purpose. It was easy to put together and to set up the feeding schedule. We set it up to disperse 1 feeding 4 times a day. There are options for up to 6 feedings and larger portion sizes. More importantly, our cat seems to like it and is not intimidated by it. (I was concerned about that as she can be skittish.) We have only had the feeder about a month so I can’t speak to the longevity of it.

Reliable affordable pet feeder
I like the programmability, and it’s easy enough to clean. You can program I think up to 6 different feeding times so you can have it dispense their food all at once or throughout the day, and you control the portion sizes as well. Not super loud either but my cat can hear it from across the house and know it’s time to eat. It’s reliable enough that we feel comfortable leaving the house for a day or two and know that kitty will be fed. The bowl is nice and wide so when the food dispenses it goes right into the bowl and not on the floor and I’m pretty sure the bowl can be locked in place but ours is sitting on carpet so it’s not that stable. Decent capacity as well, fits about a whole bag of food which is normally around 4-6lbs if I remember correctly. My only qualm is that it’s so easy to tip over that we have to put a weight on top so that my fat ass cat can’t knock it over and eat all his food.
