I dunno what to say. Gave it to my dog, and just 4 minutes later, and two pieces have already been removed with surgical precision. . Im not sure if thats a good or bad thing, as he sure was excited by the toy itself, and I would’nt be looking at me like he’s the saddest doggie in the whole wide world right now if I hadn’t picked it up to take a few pics and write this review. So I guess its time to give it back to him, and look into the lifetime replacement, and learn if this is gonna be his new favorite chew of all time.

Great option for dogs with busy minds!
First and foremost I have two husky mixes who both spent a good deal of time at the shelter, with one having resource guarding issues. After working with a trainer I decided it’s safest to feed them in crates so they both have their own safe and secure space. I am always looking for toys, especially chew toys, to make feeding time a little more interesting for them. This toy stood out because it’s for strong aggressive chewers and the best part is it’s rubber! So it’s safe on their teeth which is always a big concern with me. This guy I gave to my 75lb male husky mix and put some cheese in the ridges on this toy to make it interesting, then stuck it in the middle of his food bowl so he had to eat around it plus work to get the cheese out. It was a hit! He definitely enjoyed the tiny bit of challenge and he worked hard on chewing it but never made a dent, and this is a toy you can dent with your nail if you push in but can’t break it so it’s safe for their teeth! And it’s very good quality. I’m very happy with this toy and so is my dog!

We got this Bite King rubber chew toy for our aggressive chewer puppy. It’s advertised for large dogs, but we have a medium-sized corgi pit bull mix. It is a bit big for him, but so far he hasn’t broken off a piece. He usually goes through toys made for aggressive chewers in less than a week, sometimes within a day, and sometimes within an hour. If a toy isn’t specifically made for aggressive chewers, it lasts maybe three or four minutes, so that gives you an idea of how hard he actually chews.It’s been several days now and he hasn’t bitten off a chunk yet. We do supervise him while he has it and limit his chew time so he’s not gnawing on it all day. It’s possible it’s lasting longer because the toy is a little big for him, so he doesnt play with it the same way he has played with all of his other toys meant for medium sized dogs. If he does eventually break off a piece or it doesn’t hold up as advertised, I’ll update this review, but as of now—about four days in—it’s still completely intact.One downside right out of the package was the very strong plastic/rubber smell. It was strong enough that I washed it before giving it to him, just to try to remove some residue or odor before it went in his mouth. Washing helped a little, but it still smelled pretty strong. He actually wouldn’t take it right away, and I think the chemical smell was why. After about a day of washing and airing it out, he finally started playing with it, so that did seem to help somewhat.As for the toy itself, it’s very solid and heavy-duty. The rubber feels thick but still flexible. It’s not rock hard. I like that it’s dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, or you can just hand wash it.Overall, this is one of the few toys that has stood up to our dog’s aggressive chewing so far after 4 days. The company’s replacement policy is good in that they advertise they will replace it one time if it gets destroyed. The smell is definitely something to be aware of.

Cute chew toy my pit bull lovess
I ordered this for my 44 lb pit bull, who is a poweful chomper. She likes to watch me open my Amazon packages because they often contain treats or a toy for her, and as soon as I pulled this one out of the box I told her it was for her and she got very excited. When I first tried to hand it to her, I was holding it by its head and she couldn’t easily get her jaws around its body because it is quite rotund. I switched hands and held it around the belly and she was easily able to take it by chomping its skull. She ran away with it, as she typically does when she’s excited about a new treat or toy, and chomped on it vigorously for quite a long time. Some small bits of rubber did come off of it, so be careful to remove those if you notice them because they can be a choking hazard, but the couple of bits I saw were very, very small and I wasn’t super concerned about her choking on them, although if she swallowed too many of them I could see it potentially causing a blockage. That’s probably overly paranoid but I figured it bears mentioning. My dog loves it and spent a goodly amount of time chewing on it but didn’t damage it significantly; it’s got some bite marks but overall the beast is intact.

My Dogs Love This Chew Toy But Can’t Destroy It
There are so many things that I love about this BiteKing natural rubber dog chew toy. First, I can see that it is going to be indestructible, even given my two aggressive chewers. When I first received this chew toy, I wanted to take a picture of it while it was still pristine, but my husband gave it to one of our dogs who chewed on it for a while, and then my other dog got it and chewed on it for a while. You can see some bite-mark impressions in his head in the picture. I’m just thrilled that it is still in one piece. I also love that it is a veteran-owned small business and that this toy is made up of a safe toxin-free natural material. It is an added bonus that the business stands behind their product by offering a one-time replacement. I also think that this chew toy is an excellent value at its current price. My dogs love this rubber chew toy, and I think I can speak for them when I say that they look forward to trying more of BiteKing’s dog chew toys.
