It works!
I am so grateful I was able to help my dog with her anxiety. She was never afraid of loud noises until a few years ago when an enormous crack of thunder came out of nowhere while we were both sitting near a window. Since then she cannot handle thunder or fireworks without losing her mind and overheating. It’s so distressing and nothing has ever helped until now. This spray helps take the edge off as long as I can give it to her in time. It’s much better to give it time to work before the stressors happen. It has reduced her shaking, panting, and pacing enormously, at least when the stressor is mild to medium, and that’s a huge improvement. Before, even the mildest rumble would have her stressing out so badly that I would have to put a cooling towel over her to keep her from overheating. The first time I used this spray on her she got up when she heard thunder, looked around, then laid next to me and fell asleep. I was so happy that she was that calm! Fireworks is kind of a different story. She is still very afraid of fireworks, but now if I give her the spray in time and a couple shoot off, she doesn’t react to it. If it’s a multitude of them, then she goes into panic mode, but I’ve noticed a lot less panting and her body temperature stays fairly normal now.My only wish is that I didn’t have to give it to her 20 minutes before the stressors start, as it’s not always easy to time that. But, I’m still giving this 5 stars because it works and things like this need time to get into the body which is what it is. Nothing else has helped even the tiniest bit. This one has made a huge improvement in my dog’s anxiety level!

Interesting concept.
This is marketed as a calming spray. You can use it directly into your pets mouth or spray it on their food. I chose the latter. However, I honestly have not seen a difference in whether or not this makes my fur babies calm. Perhaps it needs more spray? I do use prescription medication for behavioral issues, so this may be geared towards pets that only need an occasional laid back spritz. And not for the full on terrors. Other then that, seems to be nice, clean ingredients. Great product.

A calming spray that for us has helped our senior get better sleep
Especially as my senior dog gets older I find that creating as calming environment as possible really helps him keep his spirts up and get proper sleep that allows him to be more active during the day. This spray I use around his sleeping area and where he and his “younger sister” hang out when we are in the living room. It seems to help and is definitely worth giving a try

Didn’t work for overexcitement
I don’t know what circumstances this spray would work for. I have a little dog that gets really wound up when I take her somewhere in the car. She’s not anxious, just excited. I had hoped this spray would work to help her calm down somewhat. It doesn’t. Perhaps it works for dogs that are scared or anxious, but I notice no difference when I use it or when I don’t. I gave it two stars with the thought that it might work for other dogs, although it didn’t work for mine.

It had no effect on my 98 lb dog but perhaps it will work on smaller dogs.
Fireworks start early in my neighborhood and usually set off before the 4th of July and even up to a week after, one can still hear fireworks being set off. It is for this reason I got this product in advance with the sincerest hope it would curb my dog’s terror and anxiety she experiences with each bang. On July 3rd the fireworks began and in preparation for the ordeal my dog goes through, I used the product just before it became dark in anticipation of what usually becomes a nightmare, I used the product as directed but despite all my high hopes it did not help my dog. . I kept giving it until I reached the advised limit written on the bottle. I wish I could say it appeased her terror each time she heard a bang but it did not. I suppose that each dog reacts differently but it had no effect on my 98 pound dog. Perhaps her weight was too much for this product to handle. She did not mind the taste and administering the product was easy. I gave this product 3 stars because I dislike giving negative reviews when there are so many variables that might affect its efficacy. Thankfully, I have a good relationship with my vet who was open for limited hours July 4 and provided me with sedatives for my dog. The cost is really reasonable so you won’t spend a lot of money to try it out especially if it works for you.

Takes the Edge Off
I have a Yorkie Poo that is, well, a bit high-strung. She gets intense separation anxiety and I’ve tried calming chews, pheromones, music, and much more. I decided to try this and I think it’s working! It didn’t take the anxiety away immediately as if it’s a drug or anything, but I have seen a significant drop in the time it takes her to calm down (I like many helicopter pooch parents, have many cameras so I can watch my doghters while I’m away or at work). My pooch is also a picky eater and has a sensitive stomach to boot, so I was a bit nervous about spraying it on her food, but she didn’t seem to care that much. It doesn’t really smell like anything but of course, dogs have a much better sense of smell. But she still didn’t seem to mind. I liked that it had natural ingredients, many things that I myself take. I’ll continue to use it as it may seem like it has a compounding effect. Overall, pleased and glad it gives my pooch some relief.

It works!
I got this to help my rescue pup with his anxiety and triggers for reactivity. I simply spray it on a treat to administer it to him, and it does seem to help to reduce reactions to triggers after he has taken this supplement. I do not use this daily, but as an extra boost when I know he may be facing a triggering event. It is a very small bottle, but so is my dog and the dose. I believe this will last me for awhile since I’m using on an as needed basis.
