I’ve used several brushes for my toy poodle, but this slicker brush stands out by far. The curved design and dense, angled pins make it extremely effective at removing tangles and loose undercoat without irritating the skin. It glides through the fur easily and helps fluff it up nicely after a bath.What I really appreciate is the firm yet flexible bristle bed, which gives just the right pressure. It feels durable and ergonomic in hand, even during longer grooming sessions. Great Brush, Just Handle With Care
I swear I am blessed with the two of the hairiest pups on the planet. Vaccuming is basically a part of my daily routine at this point. Because of that, our grooming kit just keeps growing. We already use a furminator for my smaller pup, but I needed something more heavy-duty for my golden/corgi mix who sheds like it’s his full time job.The handle feels great in hand, ergonomically sound, and decent quality material which is a huge plus during longer grooming sessions. The bristles are no joke, however. They’re kind of poky (not razer sharp or anything) so you have to be kind of gentle, but that is also why it works so well. It really digs into that thick coat and pulls out a ton of hair. Overall, I’m impressed and would recommend it to anyone with a high-shedder, just handle with care!
