HOW TO FIT COLLAR ON YOUR DOG

A well-fitted dog training collar is essential for ensuring that the two metal probe contact points press firmly against the dog’s skin, which will foster training efficiency and quality. When the collar is fitted and connected properly, there should be enough space to fit one or two fingers snugly in between the contact points on the receiver on the collar and the dog’s skin.

Please read the guide carefully before operating the training dog device. Avoid leaving the collar on a pet for more than 12 hours per day. When possible reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours, it will prevent the skin from damage. Check the dog’s skin condition every day. If a rash or sore is found, discontinue using the dog collar until the skin has healed. If the remote and receiver don’t work for a long time, you should fully charge them before they are idle and charge them once a month.
