Keep your fur baby safe!
This should be required for dog parents. I lost one, replaced it, then found the old one. Now I have two. It’s great to keep handy when traveling without your doggie car seat. Go thru seat belt, Attach to harness. Super inexpensive life saver.

It was difficult from the item description to determine if the ‘seatbelt harness’ was actually a harness, or just the little bit they show in the lower picture. It’s just the little bit. I attached it to my Corgi’s collar and the rides went well.The picture attached shows the rather uncomfortable looking position my dog had to take up in order to lay down, even with the pillow to help.Pros: Kept the pup off my lap, which made driving a lot easier and safer, and reduce grumpy commands for him to lay down.With a pillow under him, my dog was able to lay down comfortably while wearing the seatbelt.Cons: Without the pillow he had to reach his head too far to lay down, and would be pulling against the belt (looked really uncomfortable.)It was difficult for my dog to lay down. Since it was a long road trip (over 6 days and about 3,000 miles), it was really important that he could be comfortable. This didn’t work out perfectly for him.Overall, I am glad I have it and the price is good. I think with a harness this item will be even more useful. My dog was safe, and I was safer without him hopping around and trying to get into my lap.My dog is 27 pounds, about 15″ high and 22″ long. Hopefully his size can help you decide about this product.

Too short for small dog to sit comfortably
It seems like a good quality product but it does not work for my toy poodle. He can’t sit comfortably because the belt keeps him upright in his harness. If I were going to buy this I would buy the bigger one to allow the puppy to lay down while traveling

I’m confident my dog will stay in place
I like that it has to go around both the upper and lower belts because I’ve heard too many horror stories about only clipping a strap to the chest section of the seatbelt and when you stop short, the belt doesn’t lock and the dog still goes flying across the car.I like that it’s not very long nor extendable, because it keeps my dogs in their spots. I have a compact 60 lb pit and a lanky 65 lb husky mix, and when clipped onto their harnesses, the straps shift on the belts enough to let both of them stand, sit, or lie down comfortably. They just can’t go wandering around the back seat and potentially climb over everything and get tangled up. If there’s enough room for them to wander, there’s enough room for them to get hurt more severely should the worst happen.The only reason I’ve had to replace them once is because I lost them after I had to clean out my car. I’ve had my currents clips for years now and they still work the same as they had from day one, and they look almost as good, too. There’s only minor wear and tear (very very tiny bits of fraying around the edges of the loop), but not even close to the point that I’m worried about their ability to protect my dogs.Should I lose them again or I’ve actually had them long enough they do completely fall apart, I will 100% be buying them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Not for dog safety, only drivers safety. Read carefully before buying
Please note, this has a warning on it that it will not necessarily protect your dog during an accident. Also, their dog harness has a warning sticker on the D rings that they are not designed to use for anything other than walking your dog on a leash to the car. Honestly they shouldn’t even make this product because the number of people who proudly posted pictures of this clamped to their poor pets collar is disturbing!! Please never attach to your dogs collar if you care for them at all. If you’re looking to keep your pet safe, use the seatbelt directly along with the EZDog drive harness. There are only 4 brands that have video evidence of their harnesses being crash tested (EZDog and Sleepypod are the top 2). This is ONLY designed to keep your dog from distracting the driver, not for doggie safety! Very deceptive description, read it carefully! Mine is getting returned because I care about my dogs safety.
