My dog’s nails have gotten terribly long because they were so hard to cut, and he really hated the process. After seeing a groomer’s recommendation for these I decided to order one more pair, and I’m really glad I did.These must be sharper than the ones I’ve been buying, because they go right through the nails with very little force. It’s taken the trauma out of nail day; my dog sits and holds his paw for me like he’s getting a manicure!Don’t waste your money on the cheaper no-name clippers. I’m a bargain shopper too, but Millers forge truly is worth the money.

Get these they chop right through big dog nails!!!
These are good and sharp. We have Danes with tough nails! Most trimmers won’t open wide enough and have a spring that pinch my hand that cause blood blisters. My Vet raves about these. She is correct!!

Sharp and easy to handle
I was using a cheap pair I bought at target until I decided to get these. Huge improvement. Worth every cent. So much sharper, which is safer for me and my dog as I’m able to have more control and precision. We’ve used them 3X for full toebean trim and haven’t had issues with the nail splintering. I’m able to cut off small amounts at a time (the right way) and clean up uneven cuts. The spring hinge and long handle is great, easy to handle, I’m not having to push the handle out when I need to reposition. The size is perfect for my standard poodle.
