Awesome product. I was searching and searching for a product that would save my service dog’s feet from the pavement in 120 degree heat. When i can’t stand in bare feet for more than two second on my cement driveway, I shouldn’t expect my dog to stand on asphalt at all, in that kind of heat. Hot pavement will blister, dry out, peel and Crack your dog’s pads just as the pavement will burn your feet or hands is you stood on it while in the heat. The same is said for snow on a dogs paws. I researched dog boots but my “Seven” would not keep those on as she is always chewing at her feet or at any type of clothing we put on her. So i had to find another way to protect her delicate paws in this Southwest heat.I found reviews and youtube videos of Musher’s secret. I ordered some from Amazon, 11qm jar to try it. Boy, is this stuff the bomb. It’s very silky going on my hand and a little goes a long way. I opened the jar the first time took out a bit and attempted to put it on Seven’s feet, she pulled away, but as soon as we went outside and trained she was able to tolerate the asphalt for a much longer time (10 minutes) instead of just a few seconds like the days before. This product dries with in 30 seconds of putting it on the dog. I slather it, between her toes, between the pads, and also rub it into the pads. I apply it about once ever four to five days. She tolerates it much better now and can walk with me for longer walks even when it’s hot out. Because this ‘mushers secret’ dries onto the pads it forms a protective barrier between the pad and the asphalt. It also makes her pads stock better to the tile we have in the house making her slip less when she’s ripping.She seems to know that this product keeps her from burning her paws.Our daughter also has a dog but sbe lived in snow country and is constantly taking her dog to the mountains to camp, hike or while she goes skiing. This product, when applied liberally to Dax’s pads and between her toes helps her keep a barrier between the rocks and her feet when she goes hiking. The snow will also not stick to the pads or between the toes causing those annoying pad balks as we used to call them. Because this product seals out moisture and protects the feet is your beloved pet it also moisturizes keeping your pets pads soft and subtle like they are supoosed to be. Seven’s pads have gone from rough and split in places to feeling as they did when she was only 8 weeks old, although quite a bit larger.I love this product and will definitely be purchasing more.

Protect those furry babies from frostbite
This is a great product for any dog not just huskies. It’s also good. We have a cat that likes to go outside in the winter time we put it on his paws to keep his paws from getting frostbite. I highly recommend this even if you’re walking your dog every day in the winter time just that just helps protect their pop pads.

My dog’s paws nolonger are as rough after long walks. On another note, I’ve completely underestimated how much 60g is. My dog is a tiny thing. I’m pretty sure she would pass on before I even finish using this

Amazing stuff. My elderly dog has arthtritis and drags his front paws slightly when walking. I searched for ‘something’ to help him as one of his nails is wearing away and a bald partch developed just above the nail, which looked sore. Musher’s secret came up on my search so I bought some in the hope of a solution. I thought if it works for sled dogs it might help my 15 year old staffy. He doesn’t like his feet being examined but when I put this cream on his paw he wasn’t bothered so now doesn’t bat an eyelid when I plut it on him. I’m using it on a daily basis. Sorry to go on, but this cream is very good. The once bald patch has been sealed off and the hair grown back. The nail that was being worn down is now protected from further damage. Sorry to go on, but this product is very good. Well packaged, arrived on time. Recommended seller.
