It usually works but the plan is costly.
The package you receive is tiny! It’s cute packaging but I almost missed it in the box.Setup was pretty quick. Accuracy has varied. Generally the tracker was pretty close to where it claimed to be but we got a few anomalies so far. Sometimes it is very slow to connect and we have to restart. It’s also pretty bulky and I have seen my dog catch it on things. Rounding the edges would be a good design update. It would be a LOT for a small dog or cat to carry, medium dogs and up are fine.It’s better than trying to rely on an air tag but the monthly fee is pretty steep. There should also be a free month trial incase you want to return it.My cat tried to steal the package for some reason so ignore the tooth marks, it did not come beat up.
