Okay, I’m giving this review my honest opinion based on how this worked for me. It might be different for you.I saw all the good reviews and couldn’t afford to pay an arm and a leg for some of the other live trackers.Pros:Good price for the tracker and the subscription every month.The tracker is held onto the collar by tacks that you use a magnet to hook to. Kinda handy if you really think about it. It also comes with a collar, if you can’t afford one.Cons:The tracker was working somewhat ok when I bought it, I went to visit another state and my dog was still home, and it never updated her location, no matter how many times I had tried.The app tells you that you have to use PayPal in order to start a subscription, everything is in Chinese, so it really feels like a bit of a scam.No matter how many times I tried to update my pets profile to start, it would always end up blank. It doesn’t actually allow you to set the profile picture and all of the emergency contact information.When you try to track your pet, sometimes it will tell you that your profile doesn’t exist. It’s super frustrating. I just ended up having to exit out of the app a bunch of times and closing it or having to keep clicking my dogs profile until it finally loaded.There were times where I would try and track my dog and it would say she was either in New York or in California, I live in WA state so not sure how she’d get there so fast lol.So moral of the story, it didn’t work for me, other people have said they had a different experience. I just caved and spent the money and went for a Tractive collar that I am much happier with!

returning item is not working
Hello, I need to return the item in order to cancel the subscription. the item is not working, works poorly most of the time thinks that my dog is in California or other address that have never been, I paid the subscription for 6 months in order to activate it and test it thinking that would works but I realized that is not working at all and for safety reasons i need to cancel which is not an easy option with paypal which is a third party and was charged with regular card not paypal. The item was used 3 times, I gave time to set the gps but never was correct. I need to eliminate the subscription immediately in order for NOT to be charged any more for this item. I need to be referred to paypal as a cancelation from your item. I already paid for 6 months. Please I need to return this item and be eliminated the subscription from PayPal.

Nice gps but need subscription!
So I really wanted to love this it’s a great price point but of course there is monthly subscription or it’s completely not useable. 9$ a month for tracking and it does have a SIM card inside so it should gps anywhere if 9$ a month is in your budget I 100% recommend this item. It has a great satellite map almost reminds me of googles. So it would function great even in the middle of nowhere as long as your phone has service too. It’s quite easy to use and download the app. While the size is a little chunky this wouldn’t be good for a small Pomeranian but any middle to large dog this should be perfect. The collar wouldn’t fit a small dog either but what’s nice about this you can put it on any collar, and It says the battery lasts up to one month as well which is a long time in my personal opinion I wouldn’t personally know yet but I charged it and it’s been on since. So while I really don’t like the subscription it seems reasonable for gps working anywhere. The blue collar is my personal one in photos the orange one is the one it comes with!

I am returning it. Could not get the lost dog function to work. Or real time tracking like it said it would do. When I tried to get more info on line with th QR code it is in Chinese literally.
