Excellent! Handles Snug for Lg or Arthritic Hands
I purchased this nail trimmer based on customer reviews and I’m glad I did! Since I got my first dog back in 1994, I’ve mostly used the guillotine-style trimmers. This scissor-style is so much easier and precise! You can make careful, thin slices with no noise. You can see better where you’re cutting. It doesn’t crush the nail (my dogs are all 13-22 lbs). It’s sharp and makes clean cuts. The handles, however, might be uncomfortably tight for larger hands or people who have swelling in their finger joints from arthritis, as I do. The handles got lightly “stuck” on my swollen fingers, but I easily pulled the trimmer off my cutting hand with my other hand. I still recommend trying this trimmer. I would buy again and again.

Good clippers for fast dogs!
I have a dog that HATES getting his nails clipped so I have to be FAST when clipping his nails. I previously had the clippers with a guard and it was impossible to get a successful cut fast with them. These work so much better and faster – they are small, sharp and stealthy!

Great for small dogs and quiet
Great for clipping dogs nails under 20 pounds, does not make loud noise when clipping.

Love these!!
As a dog groomer, I absolutely love these. They’re much quieter than the guillotine type. They’re pretty sharp so it makes taking little bits off the nail at a time super easy. It makes doing black nails stress free! I use on most sizes of dogs except super tiny and super big dogs. Several of my coworkers have asked for the link to these.

So Thankful!
These nail clippers for my Shelties are wonderful. They don’t make that awful “click” sound when a nail is cut, always scaring my dogs and making it very difficult for me. Very thankful for this easy to use nail clipper!

Good for pets with thin and small nails
The headline says it all. If you have a dog with nails beyond being quite thin, your pet might get startled every time you clip them. My dog is smaller than mid-size with nails average for her size. But I should’ve gotten a bigger one that can handle the job.
