Outstanding Customer Service!
The Vendor asked me how I liked the product after having it for the week.I am using it to make my dog more visible during hunting season, and it does on my short haired Husky mix. But she seems to be irritated and shaking more than natural, so I attached it to her and it worked really well, but she still shakes somewhat, although it may not be the collar causing the problem.I tried it on my other dog, an American Eskimo, but that didn’t work as it disappeared in her long fur.The vendor gave me a full refund. Now, I didn’t even ask them to do that, and I told them they didn’t have to give me a refund, but they did anyway.I may still order their High Visibility Bandana for my Eskimo.My opinion of the Collar in the limited time I have had it:Durability: not tested, bit seems well made.Visibility: Good for all but the longest haired dogs (which the American Eskimo qualifies)Comfort: Not sure. Husky has an issue, but may not be the collar. The Husky is quirky. Eskimo doesn’t even know she has it on.Customer Service: Outstanding.I would buy another for a different dog.

I feel so much safer
This gives me peace of mine for more visibility of my small dog when we’re walking along the streets. I mainly got this so I had more visibility when we are off leash hiking. In the past I had her wear a bright orange vest, and tried a bandana, but I wanted her to have more freedom of material. This was the perfect hi viz apparel I never knew I needed this whole time. It is an excellent fluorescent color and good reflective stripe.UPDATE:7 months later, I have her wearing this bright collar and her bear bell as we are hiking. Halfway through the hike I notice she lost this collar. My dog’s neck was small on the Small size rang, so I had thought it could have used more velcro on the sticking side. Now I’m going to try ordering the bandana with the tie setup instead of velcro. My only regret is this collar falling off. I loved how much more visible she was in daylight and the reflectiveness. It is a little pricey, but I have loved this product more than the other vests I have tried in the past.

Best option for daytime visibility for our dog without having to use a vest.
We have a GSD on our farm and wanted visibility for this fall when the field were speckled with dirt and corn stalks–making her fur blend in perfectly with her surroundings. I didn’t want to use a vest with straps because she is home by herself for a great part of the day and I didn’t want the straps getting hooked on anything. We have an LED collar for her to wear at night, but couldn’t find a stretchy vest with velcro for her to wear during the day. This collar works well. It is wide enough to not completely get covered up by her neck fur. The reflective band and “spot” also work well as it get dark earlier and we don’t get home before that time to put her glowing collar on. So far it has worked great as she ventures through the woods and the yard on her own or with us. We have only used it for about 3 weeks, but the velcro is wide and should last another season for sure before it wears out.

It’s a bright enough collar
The collar is bright. Nicely reflective. This is something that should not be worn all the time. Put on only when needed. The Velcro seems durable for now but I will be taking it on and off frequently enough. On one side it’s a 3 inch strip, on the other is a 5 inch strip. I did have concerns with the size. I did measure my dogs neck and his collar size is 21 inches. The large is justv barley large enough. I’m not going through the hassle of exchanging it so I’d recommend if your dogs neck is about 21 inches and had a bit of neck fluff, go with the extra large! I’ll update how it holds up after some time of use.

Buyers Beware
The reflective stripe has already started coming off after two weeks. Once it gets a scratch, I will lose reflection as well.Great concept, but needs improvement on quality. We have a 1 year old Cane Corso. On the expensive side for the quality.
