Poor Quality
This product does not work. Battery dies relatively fast, hard to connect and location is never right. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone for the money they are asking.

Poor battery, and subscriptions
Product works okay, but the battery only lasts 1 day (if you’re lucky). And they have deactivated it twice now because the subscription is up, but I did a 30 day subscription and it’s been just barely over 30 days since the product was even delivered. It’s unfortunate because their new xl one that i bought for my big dog works great, but is much too large for my smaller dog.

Great tracker but lost connection
I’ve been using this Weenect tracker for my cat for a couple weeks now and it was working perfectly until just recently when it mysteriously stopped reconnecting to the app after charging it overnight. I followed the instruction manual and I removed the tracker from the case and reset it but no matter what I have tried, it won’t appear as an available device to pair with again. I contacted customer support and tried all their troubleshooting tips without any luck so far.When it was working, I found the GPS to be extremely accurate down to just a few feet. Being able to track my cat’s location in real-time and see maps of where he goes has given me much-needed peace of mind after him being lost for 2 weeks recently! The free 3-month subscription was also a nice perk.Overall, this was the best tracker I’ve tried – until it lost connection. I hope that Weenect can resolve the issues that i have been experiencing and possibly some other users too. For the accurate GPS and other features when it’s paired, I’d certainly recommend. But until they address reconnect problems, I have to dock a star since mine is now unusable despite efforts to get it working again.

Tracker is fine. Fully charged battery only lasts one day, even in airplane mode.
