Saved Me From a Heart Attack When My Dog Ran Off!
I can’t say enough good things about this tracker. A few weeks ago, my dog bolted out of the yard chasing a squirrel, and normally that would’ve sent me into full panic mode. But with this tracker, I was able to pull up the app instantly and see exactly where he was going. Within minutes, I had him back home safe. That alone makes this device worth every penny.The setup was quick and easy, and the tracker itself is super lightweight my dog doesn’t even notice it on his collar. I really appreciate the waterproof feature too, because he’s constantly running through puddles and it still works perfectly. Waste of time and money
I loved the ad for this tracker and thought it would be perfect for my dog. I live in a rural area with lots of cattle ranches around me. And I had just moved to the area and my dog wasn’t used to staying in an yard that wasn’t fenced off. He ended up taking off one day down the street to play with the neighbors horses and I couldnt find him for like 45 minutes. Found this tracker loved the ad. However the first tracker device up and stopped working 2 months after I bought it ironically enough right after I had just paid the 2nd month of my membership fee. Their customer service can only be reached through email and there customer service support is seriously lacking a few things. Like talking to the customer like we are stupid, or “gifting” me a replacement membership for the new device once I got it, but the “gifted” replacement monthly membership wasn’t the same membership I had purchased. When I contacted them again about this I was told incorrect information pertaining to my account as their customer service team sucks at customer service. Had the replacement tracker since the 8th of July and the “gifted” replacement monthly membership expired and within 24 hours of renewing my monthly membership the replacement device stopped working just like the first one did. And because their customer service team is so incompetent they give me a migraine just dealing with them. Honestly not worth the time, money, or hassle dealing with “customer service”

I have German shepherds and this is a great size for them. Not big and bulky like others you can buy. Yes there is cheaper alternatives on the market but they rely on other Bluetooth devices to send you a location. Yes this has a subscription fee but £65 a year (aprox as it’s in $) is worth every penny for peace of mind. It also gives you access to video history so you can track your dog where it has been. It gives you live access if you are unfortunate another to loose your dog so you can find them. You can send a light signal and sound signal to the device too. In the app you can also track your dogs exercise. Steps and sleep patterns. You also have access to a virtual vet. Obviously this is only a guideline but is a good idea. You can set a virtual fence around your property to alert you if your dog crosses that boundary. Device is sleek and lightweight and our boy does not even know he has it on. Value for money considering others available on the market at triple the price. So far so good. But if you are looking for an affordable dog tracker this one I would highly recommend. Note to seller please do a cat one as I would love one for our cat. lol

This dog tracker is great value for money! It’s water proof and you can monitor what your dog is doing through the day- I.e sleeping, wandering, running. Without the need of a pesky camera that you’re checking every five minutes. It’s waterproof and decent battery life mean safe for those long sunny evening walks or rainy days!

Absolutely brilliant item. I have a cheeky little pup who likes to escape from time to time, running all around the village having us look for him. With this we’ve been able to track his exact location. Tried and tested safely whilst on a walk with him so no more anxiety about where he’s gotten off to.
