My cat and I really love this thing! Its got long battery life, the size is good, super easy to use and get used to. Quality is top tier! This thing is durable!! When u download the app to use and start talking through it, it is very clear! I use this while im away at work and want to talk to him, you can definitely hear the purring through it! I would recommend this to anyone that has separation anxiety from ur animals or if its the other way around for your animal! I work long hours and am away quiet a bit and i definitely think this helps us both!

Awesome for my anxious pup
I love this product for my anxious pup. It charges quick and holds the charge for a few days. Fits easily on her collar and doesn’t come off easily, even when she’s playing. It allows me to check on her when I’m not home no matter what room she’s in, or even if she’s outside (she can go out into our fenced yard even when I’m not home). Makes it much easier to check on her and talk to her without having to restrict her to be within a cameras view. She gets very excited when I put it on her and I think that’s because she knows I’m going to talk to her with it. Definitely loving this so far.

Easy to set up
My dog is blind and has some anxiety at times. I love that you can play soothing music and talk to your pet as well. My dog is 13 and sleeps a lot. It shows you the calories burned in the health section to see how much activity she gets in the day. I absolutely recommend this product!

Doesn’t stay connected
Would not stay connected via Bluetooth and customer service, with the company that makes it, would not refund me my one year service plan no matter how many times I told them it wasnt working up to par. They kept telling me it would still work not being connected via Bluetooth but you lose most features when its not connected. Def do not recommend based off the customer service alone as they will not refund you if it doesn’t work properly with your phone. I can return the device but im out the 100 bucks for the 1 year service plan. Glad I didnt sign up for more than a year. Go with an American made one. This one is not it.

Super useful! I love it!
I have a 10lbs dog. This device is small and don’t weigh her down. She likes to go under the fence and sometimes I have to track her down. This has already served its purpose and caught her before she even got out of the yard. The 2 way communication is really useful as I have to her “Noooo” when she get close to the fence and even though I’m not outside she stops and gets away from it.I really should fix the fence lol. But this was a great buy and well worth it!

This was amazing, my cats don’t go outside but I was able to see them in my apartment, talk to them,Was very easy to use, easy to hook up. One purchase i definitely glad I made. Excellent battery life.. very easy to use, good valvl for your money
