Best tugging toy
I bought this toy a year ago, and I’m on here ordering it again. The toy is perfectly intact despite 1 year of tugging and laundry, including a still functioning sqeaker. My husband kept throwing away the felt strips when they fell off instead of tying them back on, since he is a fool, which is the reason I’m buying a replacement. They dont fall off that easily, but sometimes my dog likes to slowly chew the knots loose, and sometimes when I re tied them after washing they were a bit loose. This is my dog’s favorite toy. It’s my favorite too, since when I loop it on my wrist it’s the perfect length for my little dog to tug. I can walk around and do other activities while playing tug. My dog is a 10 lbs shih tzu so I cannot speak to the durability for bigger dogs.

Puppy’s Favorite
This is the 2nd one of these we’ve bought. The puppy plays with it endlessly. When he’s in a grumpy mood and just won’t calm down, we play with him a bit and he’s an angel again. Whenever he wants to play, this is what he gets. The squeaker doesn’t last forever and he pulls the mop head apart, but the elastic band part lasts and lasts. We ran the handle through the hole in a ball so we can throw it. He tugs, runs, chased, fetches. It’s just a very very useful fun toy. Don’t expect it to last a long time for a big bruiser dog. It’s perfect for a moyen poodle though.

Great tug toy, protects your hands from getting bit during playtime.
My dog loves to play and tug, but does also nip your hand during play, so this seemed like the perfect toy. I don’t recommend using this outdoors, or on a dusty floor as it picks up lint, hair, and dirt. After all, it is part dust mop. Upon first use, after dragging it across the carpet, my dog got a mouthful of hair and started to gag. She wouldn’t play with it for a few days, but once I cleaned it off, she now loves it again.

My labs new favorite tug toy and pretty durable
I like that it stretches because it’s less tiring to play tug of war with my pup (1 yr old lab). My lab loves the furry texture and frilly ends. My pup is aggressive with tug of war; she has destroyed a lot of other tug toys and this one has held up well thus far (2 months) so I feel like I already got my moneys worth.Probably not durable enough for a large pit bull or other tug of war extremists doggos. I also doubt it would hold up to a lot of chewing. That being the case, it is well designed for a human to play with a dog, but I don’t think it would last very long with dogs playing tug of war with another dog.

Not durable
My dogs loved these they played tug-o-war with until the fell apart. They were totally destroyed within 3 weeks. The orange one was the first to go it lost its stuffing first then the squeaker. The green one was destroyed second. It lost the colorful streamers at the end first, then its stuffing, then the squeaker, finally they separated the elastic tug handle. They did not get 5 stars because of durability.Update: the orange one is still hanging in there. No stuffing or squeaker but has not fell apart.

Prima speeltje. Een potje ‘ touwtrekken’ samen vindt mijn hondje hartstikke leuk.En voor mij ook, omdat er elastiek in zit.Fijn omdat ik reuma heb, en het niet zo belastend is voor mijn schouders en armen.Wel oppassen dat mijn hondje niet in het touw gaat bijten, anders gaat het stuk.

This toy was at our puppy school and my boy loved it so we ordered one.He’s a terrier and loves to chase and “kill”. I particularly like the long tug bungee elastic cord. So good I recommended it to a friend whose Bordoodle loves it to.
