Doesn’t appear to be accurate.
I had two heartworm tests done, one at the veterinarian’s office, and the other one at a laboratory and they both received positive results. This test did not indicate any positive results on any four of the tests.

Great At-Home Health Tool for Dogs
I recently tried the 4-in-1 Dog Health Management Card for my dogs, and it’s a great tool for quick at-home health checks. It was easy to use and gave me peace of mind by helping spot potential issues early without a stressful vet visit. The instructions were clear, and results came fast. I wouldn’t rely on it for serious concerns, but as a regular check-in, it’s super handy. Only knocking off one star because I wish it came with a bit more detail on interpreting the results. Overall, a smart buy for proactive pet parents!

Missing key components
Be aware that this kit doesn’t come with a vacutainer or tourniquet. We ended up cutting the tube and doing a gravity drip of the blood sample into the mixing solution. Otherwise it’s a decent product – all control lines showed up (and fortunately our pet was negative for all four tests), but it was a hassle not to have all the needed equipment when the instruction packet shows everything is included.
